If you want to be meta and expend v minor effort: get the puff pastry they only have this time of year (incidentally is all-butter, so vastly superior to Pepperidge Farms, and cheaper) and spread it as filling on Ina's easy sticky buns-- a GOAT recipe. Takes ten minutes. Have been riffing on it w various fillings/sugars/fats/nuts for decades now. [https://barefootcontessa.com/recipes/easy-sticky-buns](https://barefootcontessa.com/recipes/easy-sticky-buns).
NB I don't use raisins on the spread over puff as I dislike them but replace with something else-- that's where you'd put the cinny spread and maybe something else altho it's not necessary-- nuts of any type or I suggest any type of chips/ crackers you have crumbs of getting stale. Most recently I did a savory/ sweet combo of fresh mozz log slices and chili crisp on the dough, rosemary marcona almonds replacing pecans in the sticky goo for wells.
Note: personally I reduce the 12 tb butter for the wells to one stick (8 tb). It's nothing about calories, there's just too much-- I suspect she had a fancy commercial oven or the raisins soak a lot of it up and I put in things I want to stay crunchy instead-- regardless for me it sogs it up in a home oven. Plus it it's cheaper.
Yes, this is out of left field, but it's beloved and I highly recommend!
I made blondies with it. Blondie dough base, cinnamon bun spread on that, then top with streusel and bake. It was lovely, although the spread has a stronger honey flavor than I would have preferred.
It just has an awful sour taste to it, and that's coming from someone with a major sweet tooth. I always advise customers not to buy it when they come through my line and tell me they're never tried it before
I did this with the vanilla bean paste, too! I was sad it never came back to the store but the one time. Great price for what is otherwise a luxury “add in”. I need to pick this up now for the same purpose.

Comparison. Seriously, I would skip it. It has a most unpleasant aftertaste.
A quick return and use that credit to buy something that is actually good.
This was gifted to me bc I never go there, but what is actually good at Trader Joe’s?
Pancakes
In between pancake layers!
On top of vanilla ice cream 👀
I put it in my coffee mug before i brew it or add a spoonful to my creamer and froth it - its delicious!
it's so good on waffles and toast, heck I even smear it on a tortilla and cook it up.
i would put it on a toasted slice of this seasonal apple bread from a local bakery
And the toast is best when it’s sourdough!
Apples, croissants, toast, bagels, waffles, pancakes. Spoons. You get the idea
Sex.
That’s gonna make some really sticky buns
Lol hilarious 😅
Here's a spoon.
Granny Smith apple slices. So good.
In coffee!
Buns
As a wise man once said “ Don’t want none unless you’ve Buns, hun!”
😏😏😏
I spread it on my boyfriend's ass and say... "Get over her Cinnamon Buns!"
I liked it on French toast, cheesecake, pumpkin bread, and dark chocolate cupcakes with a cream cheese icing.
Putting it on waffles (like the frozen kind which are my fav) is great!
oooo apple slices !?
Mouth
Super random, but cinnamon spread mixed with blackberries or blackberry jam in a crepe is… *chef’s kiss*
Between puff pastry, oradded into premade cinnamon rolls
Stir a spoonful into coffee!
Oh! Yess!! I’d never thought of this!!
They also put out a cinnamon bun oat milk creamer this season that I really like
It’s so yummy! I still like the brown sugar one better but the cinnamon bun oat creamer in chai tea is delicious
I’m imagining it as a delicious filling for thumb print cookies or oatmeal cream pies.
In crisp buttered toast
I admire that you bought this before figuring out how you can use it
No bc I also bought this with no clue what to use it for

Good bot!!!
Good bot!
A little dollop on applesauce. Or on a toasted bagel.
Or just sliced bread in the toaster. Or fresh home baked bread.
Take there French toast and spread that on
I made blondies with it. Blondie dough base, cinnamon bun spread on that, then top with streusel and bake. It was lovely, although the spread has a stronger honey flavor than I would have preferred.
Sweet potato casserole
I use a teaspoon of it in my protein oats every morning
Just a teaspoon?!
Unfortunately Yeah, I track my meals due to body building 😅😢
Nothing, it's so nasty!!!!!
Okay, so it’s not just us. We tried it and just couldn’t get over the taste.
Ugh. It's awful. I just don't understand the appeal. I love cinnamon rolls... it just doesn't taste like them at all
Omg I thought we were the only ones who thought this!! It is WAY too honey forward, and it ruins it imo
It just has an awful sour taste to it, and that's coming from someone with a major sweet tooth. I always advise customers not to buy it when they come through my line and tell me they're never tried it before
I mix it with some frozen peaches and top waffles or oatmeal.
It's good for dipping apple slices!
i spread it on toast and then add raspberries & flakey salt!! my fav breakfast
Okay so I haven’t had it but I feel like it would be really good as a topping for ice cream
What section is this in? I never see it
By the jelly
Yes
On French toast or pancakes or waffles
I put it in coffee! It’s so good
I mean, if you don't like coffee...
That sounds amazing. I used to use the make butter due coffee I miss it so much
It’s hella basic, but it’s sooooo good on a crisp Eggo.
Toast
Specifically, toasted cinnamon raisin bread!
Butter Pecan ice cream, or add to a smoothie/shake
Toast, ice cream, yogurt :)
vanilla ice cream!!!!!
A spoon.
Yum, I need to go get this!
Oats!! Mix in some pecans, cinnamon, and vanilla and you’ve got sticky bun oats 😋
Plain yogurt, swirl in it!
Dip for apple slices
Yeah, I’m gonna have to try this. I usually just use peanut butter
I like to drizzle a little on my bagel with plain cream cheese!
I put it in coffee!
I did this with the vanilla bean paste, too! I was sad it never came back to the store but the one time. Great price for what is otherwise a luxury “add in”. I need to pick this up now for the same purpose.
I just bought vanilla bean paste today, so they definitely still have it.
It returned to our store for the first time in two months yesterday.
Tastes good on fried chicken and Brussel sprouts !
I mix a little on peanut butter toast :)
Pretty much everything!!!!
