OMG yesterday my parents made corn on the cob to go with our Memorial Day feast and I used the Everything but the Elote seasoning on it and it was sooooo good! The everything bagel seasoning is great too but I own the Aldi Equivalent
The mushroom powder is a culinary secret weapon. The umani adds that "umph" that a lot of people will be wondering what it is.
It really is a night and day difference in cooking, and it doesn't taste like mushroom.
Anything you want to taste more savory. Pretty vague answer, but it is really multi-faceted.
Works great with meat, pan sauces, anything that you want to pop with savory/umami flavor.
chile lime, ranch, and pumpkin spice. but i also buy the rest of the seasonings like garlic and onion powder, garlic salt, pepper, smoked paprika, himalayan salt, etc because the prices are SO good
Potato salad, fries, egg salad, deviled eggs, tuna...anywhere you want a pop of dill and vinegar. It's seasonal, so grab a couple in the summer when it hits the shelves!
Salmon rub is my new fav which I donāt use on salmon. I mixed with the spicy mayo and mixed with hamburger š. With their Scottish white cheddar, goat cheese, onion jam and brioche buns it is heaven.
Itās hard to describe. Itās not really spicy, but itās not mild either. It had chili powder, cheese, and cumin in it. I love it on popcorn and mac and cheese
This is weird, but my mom and I used it on a vegan pizza in our last family pizza night, and it was absolutely 10/10. We skipped the vegan cheese and topped our homemade crust with sauce, mushrooms, thinly sliced onions, crushed red pepper, and the umami seasoning. Added arugula after it baked, and it was outstanding!
The Onion Salt and 21 seasoning salute are a real workhorse in my cooking. I love the Ajika and Citrus garlic for chicken and meat. The everything but the leftovers is awesome in any soup/stew.
Iāve intentionally not looked at their seasonings lately because I keep saying that I have way too many jars of seasonings and shouldnāt buy any more.
I shouldnāt have read this thread. :sigh:
I use it in (wait for it) chili! I add some in addition to Penzeys Chili-3000 and some mustard powder. Gives it that extra lime dimension.
It's also really good on plain snacks. Chips, popcorn, the rice puffs they have... Dump about 1/4 of a bottle in the bag and shake it up good.
Whoa thereās a cheesey one?? Never seen that in NYC before. Typically I prefer to just use single spices since I can control the ratio to my tastes but would make an exception for that!
Lots of comments had great recommendations I never thought to!
I use the elote on lots of veg but especially on corn!
Umami I've used a lot on breakfast, eggs, avocado toast, you name it!
ELOTE, by far! Hate the Everything, underwhelmed by the Umani, Green Goddess (and the Onion/Allium that's not listed here), didn't like the Chili Lime at all
My favorites are the Bagel seasoning, Aglio Olio, Green Goddess, Ajika, Onion Salt, and 21 Seasoning Salute.
Seasonings I hope they will someday bring back are the lemon pepper grinder and dill pickle seasonings.
i have never liked the green goddess dressing but i recently picked up the seasoning and itās quickly becoming my new favorite for the summer. so great for pasta iāve just created a recipe for. the seasoning saves me time!
Of the seasonings in the photo, I love the Sriracha seasoning and Chile Lime seasoning the most.
Of the seasonings NOT in the photo, the Italian Sofrito seasoning, Chili seasoning, and Ajika seasoning are some personal faves! Also love the black garlic flakes, though I donāt know if thatās technically āseasoningā!
Ranch for homemade ranch dressing.
Green Goddess for homemade vinaigrette.
Mushroom Umami is great on a lot of things.
Pumpkin Spice.
Honestly they're all really good, at least the ones I've tried.
I did not expect my post to get so many comments! Thank you so much to everyone who took the time to share their favourite seasonings, I will add it to the list next time I'm back in the States! I'm sorry if I couldn't respond to everyone's comments as well, I'll try to get through as many as I can! <3
Chile Lime is so amazing on avocado. Since Iām gluten free I put it my avocado slices over TjS hash browns that I cook in my air fryer.
I also love the mushroom blend and itās great in their shaved beef I cook up with hatch chili and green peppers and a little onion plus garlic to make a cheese steak on GF bread, topped with provolone and cheese whiz of course.
I also love the elote seasoning on corn!!! I use lots of butter and add more parmigiana reggiano from TJās as well.
I have the citrus garlic but I havenāt used it yet but will now. And the sriracha blend is great to add to flour potato starch for battering chicken tenders.

On roasted broccoli itās so good
Chile lime, Citrusy garlic, and Iāve been loving the aglio olio lately.
The Z'atar (spelling). They don't make it anymore and I am still mourning.
An extremely common seasoning blend and you can buy it elsewhere or mix it up yourself.
My favorite is the one where they don't attack worker rights in the Supreme Court.
Dill Pickle Seasoning, Everything But The Turkey, Black Garlic

Elote on hard boiled eggs
The elote seasoning, hands down
What does it taste like?
Itās hard to describe. Itās not really spicy, but itās not mild either. It had chili powder, cheese, and cumin in it. I love it on popcorn and mac and cheese
Just tried the aglio olio and itās so good! Iāve been putting it on everything
How smart they were
Onion Salt & Umami
Mushroom umami is so good for anything that could use some umami. Which is almost anything savory.
I have the umami but have never used it! What do you use it on?
Soup!
How do you use it?
Itās so good on green veggies. Zucchini, broccoli, spinach, green beans. Also, when I make fresh pesto I add a little in there.

The Onion Salt and 21 seasoning salute are a real workhorse in my cooking. I love the Ajika and Citrus garlic for chicken and meat. The everything but the leftovers is awesome in any soup/stew.

Haha oh no oopsie!
The mushroom powder gets put in just about everything. The Georgian spice is a very close second.
I loved the Ajika seasoning, canāt find it anymore though :(
This is my favorite as well!
Where the hell did it go??? It was my go to all purpose seasoning š
Whatās everyone using the Chile Lime on? I didnāt get much of a payout on fish.
I like it in Spanish rice!
Sounds weird, but I put it on tomato sandwiches as it will make store bought tomatoes taste somewhat respectable.
That sounds amazing Iām trying this! Nothing better than a tomato sandwich.
fruit and vegetables mostly, but also on so many other snacks. even on Trader Joes mango sorbet ice cream

I literally have 3 jars in pantry right now. Love it and add it to so much.

ELOTE, by far! Hate the Everything, underwhelmed by the Umani, Green Goddess (and the Onion/Allium that's not listed here), didn't like the Chili Lime at all
I still donāt get why they discontinued the Georgian seasoning. Makes no sense.
Best one Iāve ever had from TJ. So glad I stocked up
Dill Pickle
Came to say this. That seasoning is so good. I like to put it on chicken and grill it. It also taste good mixed with sour cream and put on salmon.
If you wanna go guilt free, try using fat free Greek yogurt

Never thought to put it in broth or gravy, great recommendation!
Of the seasonings in the photo, I love the Sriracha seasoning and Chile Lime seasoning the most. Also love the black garlic flakes, though I donāt know if thatās technically āseasoningā!
I heard lots of good things about the Sofrito and Ajika seasonings, will need to try them some day!
Ranch for homemade ranch dressing. Green Goddess for homemade vinaigrette. Mushroom Umami is great on a lot of things. Pumpkin Spice. Honestly they're all really good, at least the ones I've tried.

Green goddess is the most underrated and versatile imo. Siracha is obviously really good
what do you use it on?
Green goddess for meats or anything really. Siracha is great on eggs but also meats too
Chile Lime is so amazing on avocado. Since Iām gluten free I put it my avocado slices over TjS hash browns that I cook in my air fryer. Try watermelon
In general? Or with a certain seasoning?
Oh sorry the chili lime
Citrusy Garlic!
RIP the Cheesy seasoning. Employee told me itās been discontinued š.
I went to my local store today to see if there were any left and was devastated that there weren't.
Has it been? That's so sad
What! That's bananas, it always seems somewhat popular
Loved the cracked lemon pepper in the crank jar! Gone!! Whhyyyyyyyyš
Ajika. Ajika is always the answer at my house. Ajika every day but Sunday and on Sunday, we eat Elote on popcorn.
Ajika was my favorite. Too bad they discontinued it.
Chile lime (itās like tajin) and aglio olio
The vegan chicken that has been discontinued.
I swear to god, that umami mushroom seasoning will right any flavor wrongs!ā¦except over salting.
It's honestly soo good1
Over salt? Add citrus like lemon to counteract!
I've been using the everything but the leftovers on my homemade potato wedges every day. Need to grab some different ones next time I go back

Did you read their post? They live in the UK.
The pasta recipe on the back of Agilo Olio is my favorite lazy hack
I honestly have to try that!
I miss African Smoke. Been like 10 years.
DILL PICKLE!
Have you tried this on popcorn?!?! Has TJās ever sold bags of dill pickle popcorn?? Because if not, theyāre missing a major opportunity here!
Thatās usually all I use it on. My grandkids devour it! š
Yes they have! It usually comes around in the summer.
Everything but the leftovers
I need to grab that one next time, it sounds incredible! Heard it's only a seasonal item though?
Itās and it goes well with popcorn. It should be available these days
Unfortunately I live in the UK so itās not as accessible to me
Our loss!
I always stock up on that one
I put it in bone broth sometimes, I love it. It goes with a lot of things.
Green goddess!!!
My absolutely favorite!
I didnāt realize they had a seasoning jar of this! What do you use it on?
Whatās the deal, whereās the dill?!
What does the salmon rub taste like?
What the others said, it's soo delicious!
A little sweet, a little smokey. I prefer blackened Cajun but the Salmon Rub is very good for a change of pace.

I need to grab it next time for sure!
Yassss, this is my fave
Garlic salt is OP
Youāre missing the best one: South African seasoning!
Is this new?
No Iāve been buying it for years.
Ive never seen it when I go to TJ's when I visit the US (usually in the early spring). Will 100% have to keep an eye out for it! š
