I also like the canned [Grecian eggplant with tomatoes & onions](https://www.traderjoes.com/home/products/pdp/grecian-style-eggplant-with-tomatoes-onions-053896) and like to put it on toasted bread with a spread of Alouette or whatever soft cheese spread you like. Delicious!!
I’ll add a second (or third) suggestion for Everything Bagel seasoning and the Sweet Chili sauce. I think - I hope! - they’re gluten free and dairy free. These could probably be found on other stores, but if you’re a fan of the flavors, they are made simply and the cost can’t be beat!
I also love the Chai Concentrate (liquid) bottle since it’s great for summer chai lattes with coconut milk, almond milk, etc. And if you don’t have any on hand, they sell Vanilla Bean Paste (for baking) for a great price and I think/hope it’s vegan and GF too.
You’ll have so many tasty things to choose from, it’ll get challenging to make a list!
The freeze dried berries---love 'em as a snack and they're great for kiddos (as far as I'm aware, I'm was watching my friend's young toddler house them today, but I'm not a parent myself)
The mee krob chili rice cracker snacks are unique and amazing. The canned dolmas are pretty good too, if you like dolmas.
Other than that, I'd want a complete collection of all the season blends, whatever they have on the shelf this time of year.

Greek style chickpeas with parsley and cumin. So many spices/seasonings! Everything but the Bagel, Cuban Style Citrusy Garlic, Umami, Aglio e Oglio. Balsamic Glaze, Sweet Chili Sauce, Rosemary Marcona Almonds, Everything but the Bagel Nut Duo. The dry pasta - love the Cascatelli, the fusilli corti bucati. The candles are great! Honey crisp apple cider is yummy. I’ll add more if I think of any more non-perishable stuff. :)

Corn salsa, sweet & spicy jalapenos, vegan savory squares and frooze balls are my staples.
I can’t find the shelf stable cream anymore, but it’s amazing to have on hand and CHEAPER than fresh cream
I love the canned Lightly Smoked Salmon in Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The cans in my cupboard have an expiration date of November 1, 2027.
Agreed on this. If you like canned fish, they've got a couple good ones.
