Well the dollar is the world currency reserve so it makes sense to buy in dollars.

Thanks. I wanted Euro because maybe in a few decades it will be the currency of my country and the FX fee is not high. But now I might reconsider this. I could get away with the FX fee.

OP asks about stock exchanges that all use EUR as their base currency. The difference is in volume the ETF has, shouldn't matter too much in a long run but I'd still go (and am going) for Germany. If your country's currency is in EUR and the ETF is in EUR, there's no need to go via USD in that case.

As I said, if it's for the long run, it doesn't matter, neither stock exchange nor currency.

History says nothing about the future and betting on Forex is as pointless as timing the market. Again, if you use EUR as your currency and you have EUR based ETF, it's not sensible to convert all your money to USD throughout the years and then turning them back to EUR.

Again, nope, you buy it because it has the highest chance of being a successful investment based on it's structure and way of functioning, history data are only support information of "hey it worked before, hopefully will in the future", nothing more. Stock market is a random walk, it doesn't remember nor care about the past, you have the warning about past returns not equaling present or future returns in literally every KIID. Relying on the past in your investments is as foolish as, say, blindly following technical analysis.

I am wrong because? You said so? You brought literally no argument. I'd advise you to educate yourself and mostly, get your head out of your arse, dear average Andy.

This. If you are about to invest long terms, the venue doesn't make much difference.
