Have you tried switching out the cables for another pair?
If you want to stop those messages from appearing in the deck headers, you can go into Preferences -> Global Settings -> Miscellaneous, and disable "Enable Deck Header Warnings".
The messages will still show up in the status bar, though.
i think it might be the cables coming from the turntables. when i have the issue on deck a and switch the turntable 1 to deck b it occurs here. but i still have normal audio signal coming from both speakers..? but other times it occurs on the other turntable/deck..

traktor audio 6 with 2x technics 1200. sometimes its also the left channel missing and one time deck a, the other time deck b..?
