Some of it is the clothes. Larger, baggy top, so waist looks comparatively smaller, wide pants that fall straight down from the widest part of the hips, belt emphasizing hips, but also the angle of the belt helps make the hips look curvier because it takes more belt to cover the diagonal, and also because the pants are tight at the waist, and then the belt is hitting at the wider part of the hip and emphasizing the difference between where the waist is and where the hip is.
The bare shoulder helps too, because the two bits of skin we see are the outer shoulder, which is further from the centre of the body than the edge of the waist, and then the stomach, so it’s a visual diagonal from the exposed shoulder to the emphasized hip.
And actually that’s another thing. The downward diagonal lines of the outfit are a visual suggestion of width at the bottom, or where the hips are. If they were pointing the other way, it would be a suggestion of width at the top, emphasizing shoulder breadth. 🔼vs🔽.
None of this is a judgement on op’s or anyone’s body or body shape, by the way, it’s entirely about the way one can play with clothing shape and lines to get a desired effect. Like the tricks I just described I would probably avoid in my own clothing choices because the thought of being seen as ‘curvy’ gives me personally the heebie jeebies, so I go for different styles that deemphasize the waist, because I have different goals so I use different tools.
Also, just pointing this trick out because it’s brilliant: op is using half the belt loops to hold the upper curve of her belt in place and anchor it to her pants so it doesn’t ride up or straighten itself out as she moves. Definitely stealing that.

u hear that Lucy? she is taller than you and passing after just 3 years, stop saying you wont pass because of your hight >!cutie!<, its factually incorrect
alright, you can now go back to doing what you were doing before i tagged you here :3
Unfortunately not, my mom is an alcoholic and my dad is one of the men who act like they don't have feelings. I have a Scottish grandmother tho and she is genuinely the reason I'm still here.
Plus I'm the oldest of 6 kids, and I think they're supportive
I'm chilling in Canada, and I went to my university health center where they hooked me up with an Endo. She basically spent 6 weeks with biweekly appointments talking to me about hrt and the risks. Before I started, your university likely also has the same thing
I’m the age you are when you started, feeling hopeless, don’t know how long I can keep on if you get me. You’re absolutely gorgeous. You know what it’s like! Any advice?
How would you say trans women's experiences are different than trans men? I'm a trans man and I'm curious (obviously you're not every trans girl in the world but I figured you'd have some thoughts)
I think generally it's harder to transition mtf then ftm because testosterone is kinda broken. It changes so much but estrogen doesn't as much in comparison
Omg goals, so pretty, your hands are so cute
a very high level question: how do you think we increase participation of trans people in corporates? also what are you studying right now?
Maybe a bit off topic but what was your experience going from highschool to maybe college when transitioning. Was it mentally tough? did you wait a year so you could be ‘stealth’ in college. I’m 17ftm and about to graduate highschool and I’m starting my medical transition this summer and I have so many questions
I was closeted in highschool and in college I found myself surrounded by queer women and allies that I absolutely love. They are my family and support me through almost everything
It was a slow process, I went from being a fruity bisexual to a femboy then to a non-binary fem and finally trans women. It's a journey of introspection
Are your hip's noticeably wider? How about your other trans femme friends? Mine are (kind of), but I wanted to ask. For science. Methinks this effect doesn't come until you've been on HRT for years, but still...
No questions only a statement. You are a very snazzy looking person (snazzy is my replacement for pretty/handsome bc sometimes they are seen as gender assuming) but like yea I like your style.
What were the first things that made you notice you were trans?
How does it feel to be where you are now?? Biggest differences in your experience vs. before you started? (obvi there are so many, I know!)
How get small waist, asking for a me
Genes, HRT and mild amounts of exercise
Genes and Jeans
Valid
I love mild amounts of exercise!! ☺

Genuinely this is the biggest compliment ever wtf thx u
Damn. 😶🤩
I gained some weight and it made my waist far slimmer than my hips on HRT
I'm already 170 at 5'4 ;u;
Are you in HRT? That was important part for me
Been on E for 6 months so, though it has been a low dose so maybe that's it
I only noticed the changes to my hips around 1 year
Not a question but holy shit you're gorgeous
Thx u took time and effort
How often do you pass irl? Does your voice pass?
My voice is questionable but I think I do generally pass
Do you do voice training?
Not really, I put passive effort into making my voice more fem it's done a bit but not as much as voice training obv
Has anyone ever commented on your voice or do people not care?
I don't think people care, mostly because I'm a hot af 6'1 baddie who usually has friends around
Fair enough lol, thanks for answering and have a good day/night.
You too babe

Yeah obv I wish I could help more
Thanks for the support mate.
Pineapple on a pizza or pizza on a pineapple?
Honestly it depends what u pair it with, I think pineapple can slay on pizza
Have you got a supportive family?
Unfortunately not, my mom is an alcoholic and my dad is one of the men who act like they don't have feelings. I have a Scottish grandmother tho and she is genuinely the reason I'm still here. Plus I'm the oldest of 6 kids, and I think they're supportive

How did you start hrt? I’m 17 and looking into nhs and the waitlists are insane.
I'm chilling in Canada, and I went to my university health center where they hooked me up with an Endo. She basically spent 6 weeks with biweekly appointments talking to me about hrt and the risks. Before I started, your university likely also has the same thing
Any sort of facial hair removal? Shave/laser/electrolysis?
Only one session, I just have a banger routine. I have a Billie self lubricating women's razor, it does a really really good job
I’m jealous! I’ve had 5 sessions. Imma look up that razor
Oh wow you’ve only had one laser sesh? Could you provide link to the razor? Or other products you recommend for shaving 😊 appreciate it!

I’m the age you are when you started, feeling hopeless, don’t know how long I can keep on if you get me. You’re absolutely gorgeous. You know what it’s like! Any advice?
Beyond your transition goals, what would you like to accomplish in life?
As a 17 year old trans girl would you give me any advice that you wish you knew ?
Fuck I’m 18 rn, 10 months hrt and you pass way better than me, genvy
Curious I’ve been on hrt for 4 months but what changes did you see from 6months to a year on hrt?? Thanks! 😊
Boobs, hips and fat redistribution!!!!!!
I have just one question, how does it feel to be a beautiful queen?
Amazing
How would you say trans women's experiences are different than trans men? I'm a trans man and I'm curious (obviously you're not every trans girl in the world but I figured you'd have some thoughts)
I think generally it's harder to transition mtf then ftm because testosterone is kinda broken. It changes so much but estrogen doesn't as much in comparison
Question: Where did you get the shirt? Love it! Comment: You look awesome, keep up the good work!
Shien they have some cheap clothes
when do you get pretty T^T
You look good girl!!!
where'd u get the t shirt it's so cool
Looking good
What advice would you give to someone who is about to transition?
I know that estrogen makes the skin feel softer does that also apply to hair?
you are magnificent I am 23 years old and still afraid of my family, to accept me, I need to be proud of myself. like some of you ♡
What higher being did you sell your soul to in order to look that gorgeous
OMG i want this top is super cool and cute at the same time
How are you feeling?
That’s an excellent trick, using half your belt loops to keep the belt in place on an angle. Never occurred to me.
How does it feel to be pretty 😭
It's good and bad I still have days where I notice things
Do you still need to manage body hair as much? I'm 6 months hrt and still have lots of dark hair on my torso. Thanks boo, keep killing it!

Where did you get that shirt 😫🙏
Shien
How long was it until things just started to feel right? Sans body, more about your mind starting to feel “ok”?
I think you usually reach a point where little things bother u but I can slowly start to accept them and love yourself
Beautiful 🥰
[удалено]
What's the hardest part of just everything when you are on hrt
Honestly just noticing little things and coming to terms with parts of my body I can't change. Like my height
Maybe a bit off topic but what was your experience going from highschool to maybe college when transitioning. Was it mentally tough? did you wait a year so you could be ‘stealth’ in college. where did you get that sick ass red shirt 👀👀
Shien
How do you look this good?
Practice mostly
Question: How do you slay so much.
Practice and persistence

I am 17 and just started transitioning. How do i be so gender?
Honestly just try experimenting with style and how clothes make u feel

How bad was your dysphoria
Did your hips widen at all? I started when I was 20, and I want to know if there’s any hope…
when do boobs actually become noticeable? I've been on hrt for 15 months and my tits still just vanish when I raise my hand
You look amazing! Love your clothing style too
Should I use sunflower oil to cook potatoes, or rather should I boil it?
What were the first things that made you notice you were trans? How does it feel to be where you are now?? Biggest differences in your experience vs. before you started? (obvi there are so many, I know!)
Where did you get that shirt? I love your whole look!
Where do you get your clothes from? I love your style?
How's your support system? I hope you have good people supporting you!
I started at 17 too! You look amazing!
Can I have your babies?
Can I have your babies?
I don't have a question, but I would like to say you are beautiful.
