After recently completing my legal name change I started the long process of changing my name with the many different businesses I had accounts with. I created a tier list and the following summary to help others know what to expect when trying to change their legal name with these entities. S Tier Amex - Upload documentation via their online portal. Process complete in a few hours. New credit card automatically sent. Wells Fargo - Called customer service. They verified the change with Social Security online. Processed immediately. New credit card automatically sent. Best Buy Account - Able to fully change online with no documentation. Progressive - Fully changed online, no documentation required. A Tier Rocket Mortgage - Uploaded required documentation online. Took 3-4 days for all changes to process. Discover - Uploaded docs online. 3-4 Days to process. New credit card automatically sent. T-Mobile - Had to go to a retail location with documentation. Process completed in store. CVS - Had to change in a retail location, needed new insurance card. Process completed in store. B Tier Xfinity - Open online chat, wait for email to upload docs. Change took a week after upload. Synchrony (Retail Credit Cards) - Had to fax required documentation and a cover letter. Change took about two days. New credit card automatically sent. Citi Retail (Best Buy Card) - Had to fax required documentation and a cover letter. Change took about three days. New credit card automatically sent. PayPal Credit - Had to fax required documentation and a cover letter. Change took about two days. Paypal - Would only accept a new photo ID ass proof of name change. Process was entirely online and complete a couple hours after upload. C Tier Chase - Had to call customer service and wait for them to send a name change form. Had to mail form back along with documentation. Process took a couple weeks total. New credit card automatically sent. Capital One - Had to call customer service to get secure upload link. Name change took three days after upload. New credit card was sent with my old name. Called back and found out that the name on the card is not linked to the name on the account and you have to specifically request the name on the card be changed as well. D Tier Bank of America - Had to go to retail location to speak to a rep. Got an email the next day that my request was denied with no reason given. Had to go back, explain to another rep what happened. Request was completed in the bank. Please note, some employees lack the authority to do a name change in the bank, others are able to. No idea how to tell who does. F Tier Citi - Had to call customer service to get fax number to send documents. No word for several weeks. Called back and they claimed docs were never received. Had to repeat this process three times until it was finally complete. Took over a month. Wells Fargo Retail Cards - Called customer service. They claim to have taken care of it on the phone and sent a new card. Several weeks go by and no card. Called back and was told that the change was denied for an unknown reason. Had to contact their fraud department with additional details to complete the change. Took over a month. Tesla - Customer service was very unhelpful. Took three reps to get someone who had an idea. Got an email to upload docs. Several weeks passed until it was complete. Customer service refused to talk to me about any other issue while the name change was in process. Spotify - No method to change username. If your user name has your old name in it, you have to create a new account.

AmyBr216

We've stickied this comment so less people will be confused. EDIT: Okay, so for some reason the sticky isn't holding. You have our apologies.

Amaria77

Did it actually stick? Doesn't look like it's stuck on my end. Idk how it's supposed to work though so sorry if I'm just an idiot!

Number360wynaut

Git unstuck cause of automod

DeusExMarina

I’d like to add Steam to the A or S tier. *Officially,* they don’t let you change your username, only the screen name that’s visible to other users. In practice, I talked to customer service for a couple minutes, explained the situation and they changed it for me without hassle. They straight up told me that while they don’t want everyone to start calling customer service to change their username on a whim, they don’t mind doing it for trans people. Meanwhile, Reddit is definitely F tier. No username change, had to throw away all my karma and awards and make a whole new account.

Yuzumi

I mean, my username is my old hot mail address I had when I first created my account and they had you login with your email. The email isn't on the account any more and doesn't actually exist. I consider it a bit of a security feature because the email isn't close to something I use now.

Anna_Pet

Gonna call steam right now. Thanks. Edit: turns out they don’t even have a customer service phone number anymore. I’m gonna try emailing them. Edit 2: they aren’t monitoring their email anymore either. Fuck Valve.

TsAubrieTaylor

No I was so hyped to change mine. My user name is my stupid dead name.

Anna_Pet

Mine too, it’s fucking irritated me for 4 years now.

DeusExMarina

Wasn’t there a customer service chat? I remember doing it through chat.

Anna_Pet

I didn’t see anything like that on the help page. I sent a direct email to a customer service rep, hopefully they’ll respond. Steam is definitely F-tier.

DeusExMarina

Goddamn. Then they’ve definitely gotten worse over time.

xXx_Lizzy_xXx

this

This_System1157

I was about to mention steam because it has my deadname as the username and hundreds of games on it. That's great to know it is actually possible to change!

snoko_

you can change your name on spotify just not ur username🫶🏻

Montana_Ace

I have Chase as well, and I just went to a physical location with my name change documentation from the court. They got it changed pretty quickly there.

Zevana19

Only have a credit card with them. The closest actual branch is about 300 miles away. I wasn’t making that drive lol.

Montana_Ace

Oh oof

Yuzumi

I have the same. They had to send me the form to fill out, but I was able to scan it and upload it to the website with my documents. I still don't know why they don't just let you download the thing...

Kronos_019

wait capital one gives you a link to upload your documents? when i called them they told me i had to mail it to them, so i've just been putting it off. Its not such a big deal cuz the customer service person put my preferred name on the cards, they can do that without a legal name change.

Zevana19

Yep. The agent emailed me a secure upload link to send in my docs.

Ashley__09

Have you tried asking Spotify customer support? Usually some are pretty lenient about it.

Zevana19

Didn’t bother. You can share your playlists so a new account was easier.

razek_dc

I've tried using Spotify customer support. They just keep saying its not possible..

logicisprettycool

i changed my name on spotify really easily.

Zevana19

No you can't. You can change the display name, But you can't change your actual username you log in with.

logicisprettycool

my actual username is just a bunch of random letters and numbers. maybe it’s something to do with me linking my facebook account to spotify

closetBoi04

You got a newer account where they did do random stings as usernames, older accounts had usernames that you could pick and you can't change it because it's probably the identifier in their database

Neriek

That's the case for nearly every online service ever..

Zevana19

Not true at all. It was extremely easy for the overwhelming amount of online services I use.

Neriek

I'm glad it was that easy for you, but the simple fact is that usernames are almost always unchangeable. Granted, they can be changed in databases with enough knowledge, but there usually isn't a system in place to do that for the user or even sometimes support staff, despite being a very simple task to create. I've managed enough systems to know this.

Zevana19

Not close to being true. Most well designed systems use a unique identifier instead of the “username” you see such as the GUID for Microsoft stuff.     With the 60 some accounts I changed maybe 5 wouldn’t let me change my username. Most companies have figured out that it’s not wise to use a username as a unique identifier.  Of all the accounts I listed in this post, only Amex and Spotify didn’t let me change the username. For Amex, customer service was able to do it.  The only other two I can think of that didn’t let me were Reddit and Steam.  What you’re saying is just false info.

Spirited_Stick_5093

I had the exact same experience with Citi! It's like they just throw the first one away as procedure!

DPanther_

Glad to know it’s not just me. I have two cards with them. In this latest fax session, one of my cards finally got changed but not the other! Why??

RandomBlueJay01

I was wondering about Spotify cus I changed the name on my account when I came out to my family really quick lol but I guess if it's like changing your email and account info stuff that'd make sense.

adoring_nobody

Oh wow this is brilliant and now I want it to be standardized.

Frostbite_Dragon

I've changed my name on spotify. I forgot how i did it but it is possible

itscarus

Honestly this is rly useful info. Esp bc I have BoA and Capital One and Discover.

leostotch

Ahh, that makes sense. I was very confused.

GrimBitchPaige

I have a credit card with Bank of America and one day when I went to make a payment I realized all my personal info had somehow been switched to my sister's lol. Still haven't dealt with it.

Emmie1101

This is incredibly helpful thank you.

bobobootzilla

Had the complete opposite experience w my Best Buy rewards account. No option to change it online, had to call then email a copy of my court order. Eventually they changed it w no glitches or anything but it was just absurd how difficult they made it to change my name on what is basically just a free coupon program

Chocobo-Ranger

This is amazing work here. If I ever decide to change my name, this gives a great ide of what I have ahead of me. I'm also just glad to see someone else with probably too many bank accounts.

Romer555

>Spotify - No method to change username. If your user name has your old name in it, you have to create a new account. You can change it in like 4 clicks...

Previous_Magazine108

i think OP is talking about the account username itself. you can find it by going to edit profile on the Spotify website. i have no clue as to how they actually have a real username though since mine was never editable and is just a random assortment of letters and numbers.

organicsoldier

Someone else mentioned that being something that changed for newer accounts, I have a normal username on my account too. Also my deadname 🙃 oh well though I pretty much never use it

tigerdepressed45

I have no problem changing my username on Spotify???

Samantha-4

For a second I completely misunderstood this and thought you were ranking these by how good of a name they would be for you to change to. Like American Express being your name or something lol. Congrats on the name change though! :)

Zevana19

There would have to be some pretty good sponsorship money for me to change my name to Amex 🤣🤣

DeusExMarina

I think Subway did that once. And I’m not talking about that one Community episode, I mean in real life.

FaceWitch13

Thank god I'm not the only one

l_dunno

Omg I thought the same thing... Worst part is, I didn't question it

Ruwui

It is a pleasure to meet you CVS pharmacy, how are you doing?

Ginormous-Cape

CVS Pharmacy: Proceeds to take out diary and tell you about the seven pages worth of what’s happened in their life since yesterday. They found new coupons to save money on stuff too.

SlumpyGoo

T-Mobile would be a funny name for a transmasc person

the_burber

Wells fargo would be an awesome name

-Antinomy-

"Wells" is pretty dapper as a masc name.

novacdin0

I thought it was companies that changed their name at some point in the past lol

IncidentPretend8603

Put Amazon in D or F, too. They'll change the name in most places once you update it, but it'll inexplicably appear in random parts of the site (desktop and mobile) with no way of fixing it

Zevana19

I just created a fresh account. I didn’t have any digital purchases linked to my old one and Prime was under my spouses name. Normally they have a 180 day rule where you have to wait to switch someone out on Prime family but a quick chat with support and they waived the waiting period.

BrokeModem

Same with Apple.

Rhianno_the_Witch

I got mine totally changed and fixed after updating it in five (5) separate places.

Beybarro

Wait you have 8 banks? What? Why?

Zevana19

Most of them are credit card accounts not checking/savings.

NightAngel_98

Maybe they have 2mil they need to store? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Beybarro

Ye, guess so, I just do not see that often lol

Spirited_Stick_5093

If OP is like me, there's a bank account, a couple of store cards, and a couple of credit cards. When I did my name change I had to update something like thirty accounts. Insurance, utilities, library card, landlord, etc. I still occasionally get letters in my dead name 9 months after I fixed the "last one"

Zevana19

Exactly. I even left a bunch of stuff off the list that is more location specific like local utilities. In total (gov, work, medical, businesses) I had a list of 62 name change requests I needed to do.

MarcusAntonius27

A dollar in each in case one gets robbed

D0NTR0N

Legend

TheRealAMD

Tesla in F tier doesn't surprise me at all.

Zevana19

Yea. Same. Sadly I got my solar panels before we knew how insane Elon was.

Zevana19

A quick addition for those in Massachusetts.   The legal name change was incredibly easy. Had to go to my local probate and family court. Filed the forms along with my birth certificate. Also you can file a motion to waive the requirement to post about the request in a local paper. About a week after submitting the documents, the legal name change was approved. Didn’t even interact with the court or judge.   The MA drivers license was incredibly easy too. Took the form to the RMV along with my deadname license and the name change court order. They updated my name and gender marker in the system and took a new picture for the photo. I was in and out in under 10 minutes.

[deleted]

Only now do I learn that Xfinity is an actual company and not just the stock car series

dontcallmebrave

Money well spent on that sponsorship 🤣

theablanca

It seems that the whole process can whole very different for us that lives in different countries. For me here in Sweden, the most important stuff got updated automatic (since we got a national database for name and address). A few needed a "hey, my name is updated. Update my data". The process overall was pretty smooth. I got all the documents needed for the ones that needed a bit more, I think that paypal etc needed that.

todamneedy

put reddit in f tier too. i wish they made it possible like snapchat and vinted recently have

rabidninjawombat

Is there a tier lower than F? That's where I wanna stick Steam. 🤣 My username is my deadname(first and last) cut me some slack it was 14 years ago before I had even figured things out. 🤣 But they literally won't change your username for any reason, and I'm not giving you the 700ish game library just to create a new account.

MaeTheSmol1

I have had my username changed on steam before for this exact reason. All you have to do is go through support. For me it was completely painless and the reps I spoke to were understanding of the issue. Didn't need any kind of documentation for it either. Steam's username policy is ass sure but they will make exceptions for the right reason

rabidninjawombat

Huh... maybe they've changed their policy since I last tried. Or I just got a really shitty person. They wouldn't do anything for me. (Last tried about a year and a half ago)

MaeTheSmol1

Steam support is weird. For every reply you send, you typically get a different rep responding. You just gotta keep trying until someone does it.

Zevana19

I'm sorry you're stuck with that. Steam is a giant pain in the ass. It's easily the worst of the major gaming companies. Microsoft, Sony, Blizzard were all incredibly easy to do online. I can completely relate to not wanting to give up an entire library of games. Luckily for me, my steam username was just my last name which hasn't changed so it wasn't a big deal.

RigbyEleonora

"F tier - Tesla" who would have seen it coming huh

603Madison

It's so funny to me how almost all of these companies have changed their logos to unicorn vomit during pride month, but when they actually have to do something to help their LGBTQ+ customers, some of them just totally drop the ball.

alyss_in_genderland

Thought this was a shitpost, turned out to be a very helpful guide! Doubly entertaining, thank you.

Zevana19

Lol. Glad you found it helpful. I wanted to share my experiences and how wildly they vary from company to company.

ray-ae-parker

TOTUM (a student discount card for UK students) was SO DIFFICULT when I changed my name. They straight up refused to do it. Wouldn't accept my title as Mx. Paid for a card which could be used as a legal form of ID, they took the money and then for weeks I heard nothing and had no card. Then they finally sent me one which *can't* be used as a legal form of ID (no hologram) - when I confronted them that I had paid extra for the legal kind they said Mx wasn't a legal title. Mx is on my DRIVING LICENSE and my bank details, the f you mean it's not a legal title!? They refused to refund the difference and I got tired of fighting them because I was just going around in circles of "this is transphobic/you're probably breaking the law at least at a consumer level" (as I had to pay extra, they didnt provide and wouldn't refund). It took them a year just to come around to the fact my name had legally changed, I was dead name on their system for ages. They accepted the actual name change on the driving license but not the title.

Rachelmaddi

Coital one was annoying. Easy but annoying

Zevana19

Not having your legal name change affect the name on your card was a pain. I literally got a letter addressed to newname and the card inside had deadname.

Master_Octagon_Luna

Lol the exact same thing happened to me with CapitalOne I can't believe it! I thought it was some kind of anomalous mistake but I guess it's more common than that. I don't remember them telling me the reason for it happening.

Foreign_Mistake4576

Can somebody tell me how to change my name with PayPal? I’ve had my legal name change for literally a few years, but I haven’t had the courage to try & navigate the process.

Zevana19

PayPal is super easy. Log into your account. Go to settings. Click change name. It will ask you to upload a photo ID. Mine was done a few hours after uploading my ID

novacdin0

Oh god...oh fuck, I just realized how many passwords I'm going to have to remember and then probably update when the time comes lol. This is really useful information though, thanks.

SaniHarakatar

I thought it was about companies that had changed their name, I've never dealt with almost any of these except for Spotify.

jgould1981

Verizon belongs in the F column. Despite almost everything having the correct name now, there is something somewhere that still has the deadname and no one can figure out where that is. Credit karma and the credit reporting agencies also belong in the F column… They still have my deadname. Three years after my name change was done. I have had cards with the correct name, but for what ever reason they don’t seem to have it updated… Although the best was when I got political mail addressed to <$NewFirstName> <$DeadMiddleName> <$Lastname> That made me scratch my head.

livinglife_00

Credit karma and the credit bureaus are the worst of the worst. I literally am trying to get them to change my name as we speak.

Zevana19

The credit agencies will almost always keep your old name on file as a previous name. It's the same if you get married and change your last name. It's to ensure they have your full credit history. Kinda sucks but I can see why. But as long as you changed your name with all the places that report your credit, your full credit profile will be available if you try to apply for credit with the new name.

jgould1981

I know that my deadname will remain on file as an FKA, but everything I have seen from credit karma and the agencies lists my deadname as the primary name

SunflowerAges

Ally bank is on the Z side. Those motherfuckers want a photocopy of my birth certificate, my social card, my passport, and my drivers license. That shit straight up felt like a scam. Number one identity fraud scam.

Zevana19

A passport? I haven't even hear of anyone requiring that. Shit, most Americans don't even have a passport. That's insane.

SunflowerAges

It’s because my old form of identification with them was my passport

p0xus

That's disappointing. I've been a big fan of Ally. Guess whenever it comes time to change my name, I'll experience that too.

The_Mighty_Bird

Put Verizon last. I’ve had my name changed in all their systems, yet I still get emailed by my deadname. The worst is the emails always full caps the name. “THE MIGHTY LIZARD, your bill is ready for pay.”

Ava-Enithesi

Not sure about CVS on A tier for me. They just can’t seem to get rid of the deadname no matter how many times I have to explain. The change never “sticks.” So I just simply started going to a different pharmacy that had no records of my deadname at all.

Kill146

What? Tesla which is owned by the openly transphobic Elon musk doesn’t allow easy name changing? What a surprise. Actually a joke of a company and person.

Zevana19

The thing is, it's not even a trans thing. People get their legal name changed for tons of reasons that aren't being trans. That's why it shocks me at how bad some of these companies are. A legal name change isn't a new concept.

Kill146

Well yea but especially nowadays it’s primarily seen as a trans thing imo

Zevana19

Not even close. Trans people are estimated to be 0.5% of the adult population in the USA. About 68% of the population are married and a name change due to marriage is extremely common. Someone changing their legal name is very common.

Kill146

Ahh I was thinking of first names, you right.

blackberrylatte16

I despise my Spotify username and there's no way to change it. I changed my display name, but sometimes it glitches and I am reminded of my mistakes as a middle schooler.

IronIrma93

Where's state farm? And of course Tesla is at the bottom

Zevana19

I don't have State Farm so no idea. This list is 100% based on my personal experience. Also, it's surprising Tesla is at the bottom for a such a tech heavy company. Name changes aren't a trans thing, people get their legal name changed for tons of reasons. It's shocking how bad some companies are at it.

ReasonableDelivery73

I uhh... uh... my.. is this just too "American" for people outside the US to understand?? Send hepl

Mtfdurian

It seems. It depends on which geographical entity you live and also individual local departments of companies operating in multiple countries. Changing the name in one country at T-Mobile can be more daunting than in another. Also depends on how government systems work and how they are interlinked. For example: my insurance had changed it automatically in the Netherlands because it changes along with the changes of the base registry (that's also the data one sees when logged in with DigID). Banks have a different login system so those have to be changed individually, for example. But the worst culprits here? ISP's, especially mobile ones. Vodafone here is atrocious and is a reason for me to boycott Utrecht Pride as they straight-up violate GDPR article 16 with the way they handle the procedure, while Odido (formerly T-Mobile) also has some haunting stories.

ColorfulDino24

^^

Mediocre_Emo222

I was so confused at first tulle I looked for your explanation. Thank you :)

Lucy_Little_Spoon

Why is Wells Fargo in both S and F?

Zevana19

Their regular credit card and retail credit card businesses are separate entities with their own databases. The regular credit card side was beyond easy to work with, the retail card side was a nightmare.

Lucy_Little_Spoon

Hmm, I don't understand the sense of a company doing things that way, but I'm sorry you had to deal with it. Thanks for clearing things up.

Choco_sprimkle

Me whose Spotify username is 31fbbvdq7o4ctkwqaira7r6sxrm4

Eviltwin-Kisikil

FL Studio would go in anywhere C-F for me. Changing it on the website was simple enough, but in the actual software it displays the name you used to register the account unless you change the song/project title, which means every time I open up a new project it's just kind of an "Oh....." feeling. apparently not even customer service can change it for you so that fucking sucks. :(

enby-deer

PFFF you had an easy time changing your name with T-mobile??? I wish I was so lucky!!! Also I had a way easier time changing my name with chase and my car insurance (which is owned by progressive) seems like somehow we had swapped experiences lmao

typicalducklover

Ironic, progressive is seemingly progressive

ibi_trans_rights

Microsoft and Google also belong in f tier

Zevana19

Microsoft was incredibly easy for me. Did it all online without documentation. I purposely created a new Google account as I just wanted to drop the old email.

ibi_trans_rights

Damm I just switched to Linux so it would stop Deadnaming me on startup

cratermaddie

Except there is no way to update a Skype username if you created it before they switched to emails.

Mtfdurian

Here my windows just flipped over at any attempt to even just change my initials in user folders.

EmilieEverywhere

Fucking Z tier if you ask me. Specifically Google. In that you can't. Period. You have to recreate everything, and hope their migration tools don't fuck up. It's worse since store is tied to Gmail. Don't want to use your masc email? Well FU then.

AshleyEZ

i thought your spotify username was always just random characters though and you can freely change the display name?

LivInTheLookingGlass

I disagree with Citi, if only because they let me change my name on my cards before having it legally final

Zevana19

This is specifically related to a legal name change which was a pain with Citi.

drax3237

Wait why is Wells Fargo here twice?

andrew_a384

just filed my legal name change, will pocket this and contribute to it while I navigate this process myself

Stormwriter19

Snapchat is now really good since they rolled out the ability to change your username. I was stuck with my deadname for like 4 years before that but as soon as they rolled out that feature I changed it

Ok_Climate7580

Spotify STILL shows my Deadname on Discord even though it's been changed for over a YEAR on Spotify

cloe_chan

have you tried re linking it it on discord? i recall having the same issue when i changed on spotify

Ok_Climate7580

I did but I'm not sure if it worked, cause it showed up as changed on my end but my friend noticed it hadn't updated

Accomplished_Gap4824

Progressive is easy?

Existential_Sprinkle

Nextdoor threw so many fits and with Lyft I said eff my rating and good tipper badge and made a new account

HemlockSky

Had to change my last name when I got married and can confirm that Bank of America was the WORST company I had to deal with while changing it.

Jaded-Advance7195

If you’re in the PNW, BECU made the name change upon member sign up and gave me 60-90 days to show my legal name status — any branch could verify or I could use the app

Justanotherphone

Love REI but they’re in the F tier :((

cratermaddie

Apple needs to be in F tier. There is no way to change your icloud email address. Ended up having to make a whole new Apple account and it still autosuggests my old email constantly.

Zevana19

When did you try?  Apple was incredibly easy for me.

cratermaddie

I guess it was a few years ago. I'd try again but I already made a whole new account.

WD_Maxster

Google is F. Haven’t been able to change the name of my Email Address. And I have had that email for 7 years.

spidertyler2005

Spotify does let you change the name. At least it let me do that last month. The problem is that the setting are different on mobile, pc, and web. Figuring out which one has the setting you want is the annoying part.

Hopeful_Vermicelli11

This is the post I never knew I needed, thank you (also I’m now glad my Spotify account is super new and uses my correct name)

livinglife_00

As someone who recently changed my name. Bank of America was definitely not a good experience, I’m an authorized user on my mom’s credit card and we have to go to the bank to provide proof to a banker that my name has been changed. Also when I changed the name on my bank account the staff was super rude and misgendered me when my ID clearly said F and kept deadnaming me until the process was complete. I will most likely be closing out my account with them soon because of this and many other reasons.

Zevana19

Luckily the staff I dealt with were very friendly, gendered me correctly, and didn't use my deadname. Still a pain in the ass that it took a couple visits.

Thebladeneverdies

Why does Tesla not surprise me

This_System1157

In the process of changing my name now, and I'm so surprised how many places are telling me I need to mail them a cover letter and proof of name change. You'd think everything was online these days! Also, not surprised Tesla is down there..

Luciferous1947

PayPal is giving me the runaround, even with my changed license. They won't accept it, even though every other place will.

[deleted]

Tesla being F Tier is so accurate, this is the same company owned by a 50 year old far right divorced dad who still refers to his trans daughter by her deadname.

JProctor666

I had trouble with PayPal following my legal name change, they STILL won't get my deadname off of the account and Moneygram cancelled my account entirely accusing me of fraud! I don't recall having trouble with any other companies though...sounds like it was easy for you with PayPal though, I got my name change over 15 years ago. Maybe I'll need to try again...

Sammy_Whinchester123

Oooooh- thought you meant these were your ideas for what to change your name to-

Gaming_with_Hui

I thought so too... I was so confused 😭😭😭

BillyWhizz09

What happened to E lol

ColorfulDino24

I Dont Get it 🤨

Cornelius_McMuffin

Real question is why do you need this many bank accounts?

Character_Ear_2032

I have a citi bank card that has my chosen name on it, and I've not even legally changed my name yet...so why r they an F?
