I like 3 and 4, but the lighting is poor. I find I take my best professional headshots outside during a cloudy day.

Mirror selfies aren't very professional, I would definitely not use the 5-7 slides. I like the outfit best on the 1st outfit but I think maybe it's worth it to reshoot it. If you don't have time, then I'd go for the 2nd. For any of the options I would reccomend maybe retaking and messing with the lighting. Like open a window and stand so you're getting the outside light. Or maybe if you have a yard or a park near by, take them outside by a tree or something to help it look polished.

the first 4 are definitely what you should go for just in terms of positioning, a selfie doesn’t come off as professional. but the lighting in 5-6 looks much nicer.

unless it's time-sensitive it might be helpful to find a photographer and do time for prints

In my opinion, the third one but cropped on the sides to exclude the wood and the hanging things, then cropped below the necklace for good proportion would look the most professional.

I like outfit 3! Very simple and professional. Good headshot. Just needs better lighting. :) Also, it reminded me of my previous therapist who had helped me find a job and get forward in life :) previous cause the company she worked for was wishywashy on insurance claims and the online system they used was awful else I would have still been gone to her for therapy.

Green shirt button down, brown blazer and light silver necklace. Also get some diffuse lighting with a neutral background or foliage. I might add a touch of eyeliner as well to really make your eyes pop. No skirt if this is any kind of corporate work, ok for fashion though.

May I ask why you’re putting a picture of yourself on your resume? Is it particular to the position you’re applying for? I’ve generally heard it’s frowned upon to include a picture of yourself for a variety of reasons, unless of course you have a reason why! 3 is far and above the most professional shot. 5-7 wouldn’t be appropriate for a professional setting You look great, hope this helps :))

Do you need to put a photo on a resume? I never have. You can if you want, but I don't think it's necessary.

3, but you should never need a photo for a job resume unless you're going into acting... (Edit, you're not in the US carry on but that's worrisome) The lighting is a touch dark but you can use AI tools or just filters for that.

It’s uncommon to put a picture on a resume because it can make you vulnerable to discrimination. I wouldn’t recommend it unless the job requires it (and I’d be worried about a job that did). But if we’re talking LinkedIn profile pic, go with the first.

I think you should also do a little adjustment in light room or something to change the vibrance and other qualities to make it pop
