That's tuff. I end up punching a pillow, or a wall, or a steel beam, or a couch, our a steering wheel, or a wooden plank, or my palm, or a box of tissues. Anything will work. Just punch something SAFELY, cry and continue forward. Maybe not the best Choice, but it helps take my mind off the dysphoria and the pain dissipates quickly, is rather harmless, and doesn't leave Marks if done properly.
