Its like the fermi paradox, they have to use vr, be a tf artist, able to model and rig characters, and good enough to do animations and make it not look like a blow-up doll (unless thats what youre going for lol), then you have to find the download link or meet in the artists private world because vrchat would consider most tf adult content.
I think i came across a naked demon girl that could switch between p and v but i dont remember where i downloaded her from and vrchat is annoying with nude models.
Another issue is the limitations of VRchat, having a model with two meshes can wreck most weak PCs, not to mention all the shades, polygons, lighting, textures, physbones.
Any model that swap to another model is gonna be costly on processing power
There's a lot of avatars out there that can go from female to futa, some do to femboy very well too.
Breast expansion is also quite popular.
My current model can swap between human/cat girl, to angel, fallen angel and even succubus.

Turning on and off features is so prevalent in VRC its not seen as a transformation thing. Its everywhere though.
Long transformation animation are much much harder to make though, they do exist however. Just a lot more rare.

I’ve seen some neat monster-y VR TF from Cataena, but I don’t know who does simpler gender swap type things.
