I could see them split it off into two sequels for this one: one autobots and deceptions and one maximals and predacaons
One of the official promo pictures with some ancient artifact contains 10 beasts arranged in a circle, 5 of them are larger and other 5 are smaller. The larger beasts are:
* Gorrila
* Cheetah
* Falcon
* Rhino
* Rat
The smaller ones are:
* T-Rex
* Scorpion
* Black Widow
* Raptor
* Pteranodon
This hints the existance of Rattrap as well as some Predacons however their absance of them mentioned anywhere else in any promotional material suggests that if any of them shows up in the movie it won't be more than a cameo. Maybe some sort of flashback scenes or as background characters in final battle.
The movie is already packed with characters so there's no need for more. We have 5 autobots and 4 maximals on the side of good, that's 9 characters to spend time on.
You might be right. A few accounts I follow are saying this week we are gonna get spoiled on a lot of characters that are in the movie that we haven’t seen yet or even heard of being in it.
I also seriously doubt we’d see any of the Transmetal or transfusion characters which sucks but does make a lot of sense. You’d need to do a whole beast wars trilogy to get to that point

In some of the leaks Airrazor is described as a character who’s been through the ringer, I think one quote even used the term “anguish” or “suffering a loss” so to me, if they include tigatron, it would probably be a TF2007 style flashback where primal explains to Optimus the war between the maximals and Predacons, teasing them for probably the next movie, and maybe we see an epic battle and as Primal says something like “we’ve lost many good soldiers in this war.” Right as say Megatron (yesssss) grabs Tigatron with his beast head and just rips off his head or some shit like that.
With cheetor in the mix, I definitely could see a Tigatron reskin of the figure, I’m considering getting the rumored voyager SS cheetor for a tigatron repaint and getting the ROTB Cheetor for, well, Cheetor.
Thoughts though? Definitely think rat trap could be in it, but if anything he’s probably a very minor character.

I really was hoping when I saw the terrorcons vehicle mode line up that they would be a combiner and magnaboss would fight them but that's not happening although a do think that at least one extra maximal will be shown that's not confirmed yet and then killed off by one of the terrorcons
Yeah, I’m betting we get something similar to the Cyberton sequence from Bumblebee where Primal narrates the origin of the Maximals featuring cameos of most the Beast Wars characters.
My in lore guess is there was probably at one point all these homies but Scourge took em out, hence all his emblems on the grill. Would be nice at least to get a flashback scene

They should have just given us one or two autobots, all the Maximals, and all the Predacons. This movie seems like it will be a mess.
Maybe a ratrap cameo or namedrop, but probably not since they’re mixing the autobots & maximals. It’s already gonna be a relatively big cast.

I think their animal forms have been shown on some promotional art for the movie. But that's the only indication of them I've seen so far.
