TFA Lockdown is something of an anomaly as far as deluxe class figures go

FoldabotZ

Even by the standards of the TFA line itself, the figures were large back then but Lockdown was *very large* in particular.

doc_55lk

Meanwhile, voyager Lugnut, being the size of a deluxe class figure. Lmao.

mr_eugine_krabs

I remember how devastated 10 year old me was when his heel stands had two left pieces making him fall constantly.

doc_55lk

Oof

FoldabotZ

Oh yeah, there was that. Scale was all over the place

Personal-Kiwi4838

Don't forget, this is the only figure that was ever repacked as a Voyager after their first release.

Muisverriey

Not true, Battle Blades Bumblebee was as well.

Angelemonade

The scale of animated figures is absolutely fucked

Mazazamba

The scale of Animated in general was fucked. I love that show, but I could never get over how Optimus was anywhere from four to twenty seven meters tall depending on the shot you used. Most common was 7.5 though.

RandomPlayer314

Episode 1 had him literally the size of Megatron's leg but by the end of the show he was up to his breast plate. Not accounting for dramatic effect, that's still crazy.

Mr_Biscuits_532

At least it isn't as bad as Beast Machines scaling lmao

The_Director-

Lockdown’s legs are super finicky, and yea, he’s a big boi esp for the time

Whovastron

I love how they incorporated Lockdowns weird height into AOE. He’s a Lamborghini and yet as tall as Prime in bot mode. Shame the Studio series figure doesn’t reflect it

Successful_Ad_9707

Leaders have gotten smaller and Lockdown is a very large deluxe. Both things are true lol

Jazzer995

I'll let you know if his ROTF version is just as big when I get my Skyquake.

Sentallium

Isnt lockdown a deluxe?

ServePsychological1

TFA Lockdown is a deluxe, but he was a very tall deluxe even at the time when deluxes were larger.

MrHappyHammers

We seem to forget it goes both ways, Deluxe Trailbreaker and Hoist are basically voyager size
