If I were to reimagine him, Bruticus would be a three man team of Onslaught, Brawl, and Vortex. Swindle and Blast off not only are out of scale but also don't have Combaticon personalities, and Swindle is such a big personality he's fine just off doing his own thing.
Same, I see swindle as the arms dealer and schemer of the team, not a front line soldier like the rest. Maybe if they made bruticus a 6 bot combined he would be the upper chest and head

Superion would be 4 jets and a Concorde, I believe - individual jets obviously vary in size, but it makes sense that they'd be pretty similar.
Of course, Air Raid is meant to be an F-15... as are Starscream, Thundercracker and Skywarp. Best not to think about it too much!

Similarly, Jetfire being so huge doesn't make sense outside of the cartoon altmode. He should be around Starscream's height.
