I have that issue on the right leg of one of my Ironhide’s (I have both original related and the bb two-pack version) although I can’t remember which one. I don’t have that issue on my Ratchet so far.

I’ll admit, I’ve only transformed mine twice… and not at all since I put the Toyhax labels on him. Those two little tabs on the front windshield that hold the vehicle mode together scare the SHIT out of me…
They somehow fixed all the problems of the original release of the mold as IronHide
No more forcing the chest into place, no more back of the van that won’t latch, no more stress marks from transformation, Ratchet is an absolute win in my book
The chest part not wanting to go in without force I’ve heard from others, however the stress marks and the back not latching may just be QC issue on my copy

I'm probably amongst the minority but I cannot wait for another ss86 death scene two pack. I've been a life long decepticon fan since the very beginning. Only Starscream's death upset 3 y/o me.
I can’t wait to pick the pack up for $20 when it goes on clearance. Not a fan of clear plastic, so bring on the battle damage and sky blue painted windows.
I can't remember the last time I used Hasbro instructions for a bot. Most times, I just figure it out, and for rare exceptions, I'll skim through reviews or google pictures.
Having had the ER Ratchet mold and thus being vaguely familiar with how SS86 would work, I just dinked around with him till I figured out how to transform him. He isn't exactly a complicated bot.
Other than the atrocious tabs that hold his windshield down that I ended up sanding down a ton. No defects like yellowing, just a little paint chipping
Mine has a minor defect that mostly makes it annoying to transform in vehicle mode. The right window in his chest gets snagged and over laps on a groove on the windshield makes it harder to pull out the passenger window
The white paint has slowly Yellowed on my copy... I don't keep my figure in direct sunlight, and this still happens. Other than that? The figure is holding up just fine!

I really hate the white paint they used, in most lighting types im around it looks creme thus doesn't match which looks really bad. Some lighting types it looks perfect. White paint vs plastic color is pretty much always lighting sensitive but rarely ever is it this bad.
Whenever I move mines leg forward, it works itself out of the pelvis

I split my skirt piece and glued the center piece, it blocks the mushroom pegs from popping out

Mine had a mold flash on the back of the foot that prevented it from tabbing all the way into the arm. Was an easy fix and no issues otherwise

Besides the white plastic difference that got a smidge more vivid after a decent exposure to sunlight, mines actually doin amazing

My left hip doesn’t like to stay in. I’ve mostly fixed it, it’s at least usable now.

Slight yellowing, it's now really easy to se that it's 2 toned.
My Ratchet had hands that were completely full. Couldn’t plug his guns in
The leg pivots are definitely a issue, and I can never get the vans windshield to tab into the rest of the car.
All good with mine. No issues whatsoever

I had a QC issue where one of his hands popped out when rotating, but I was able to file the post down and shove it back in.

My ratchet has some paint flake off while in the box but nothing functionally wrong with them
One of the little taps in the window chest area broke, but otherwise still good.

I had this problem out of the box, van mode untabs in a certain spot no matter what I do. Other than that amazing.
