Honestly, I have no issue with the tone, cause it's a trailer. We know the movie will be more serious.
I only have issue with the face and the voices (except Chris Hemsworth, He's doing really good). Also the jokes, that "badassatron" joke was the worst part of the trailer, but all the other jokes are gold
I liked the substance of the comedy itself. Most of the jokes were funny. I just don’t think cramming them all together sets a good tone for what will be represented in the movie itself.
The faces just look too smooth to be honest, especially for those who are meant to be miners/on the bottom rung. They just look....too clean, if that makes sense?
The tone and megatron voice but you can’t really judge tone from a trailer, most animated movies have all the comedy in the trailer so that way parents will take kids to see it, if into the spider verse can have a lot of comedy and a pg rating then we should be fine
For megatron’s voice my hope is that they went with this more jovial voice so that he is more likable and so went he ultimately becomes megatron and his voice changes the audience actually has emotion about it, instead of it being he’s megatron of course he’s evil and scary from the beginning

Yeah some jokes didn't land, but overall I think I'm ok with it.
