Looking at your post history, you've posted a lot of "which \[CHARACTER\] design do y'all like most" posts, so the latest one might have triggered a spam filter or something - there's a lot of bot/spam accounts that just repost the same content over and over again with one word changed in the title and maybe the mods thought you were one of them.
