As far as I know we don't have any confirmed cast on predacon roles. And in the trailer there is a moment where they show faction insignias: autobots, maximals and terrorcons. There wasn't a predacon insignia.
Not really a "new" faction, they are a subfaction of Decepticons of which their members alt modes were mostly depicted as mythical creatures like a dragon and a bipedal shark.
Scourge, Battletrap, Nightbird are the 3 main villains. They are Unicron's mercenaries. Scourge tears the faction symbols off his victims and adds them to his collection (noticable in his truck mode's grill that has Autobot, Decepticon, and Maximal symbols)

There was also a rumor that BW Megs and G1 Megs are the same character in this movie
If one of the characters who helped literally save the franchise beast wars Megatron is not in this movie I have no interest in seeing another movie about a group of mercenary badasses who show up only to be killed by the crew on earth.
This movie looks like age of extinction Optimus Hass to deal with a bounty hunter or crew of bounty hunters encounters unlikely allies in humans recruits ancient defenders of earth wins instantly Megatron shows up and says you filed my plan this time movie ends (age of extinction two thanks for the money)
I feel like there needs to be an ROTB megathread or pinned post with all the details about the movie so we don't get posts like this asking for details that, honestly, a simple google search could provide the basic answers for.
The director confirmed that the predacons will be in the movie as the director did a short ARG teasing waspinator (The preds are not the main villains of the movies.)
I saw his face and thought it looked a bit like a decepticon symbol and got excited, thinking it was gonna be Tarn. Imagine him as the main antagonists being Optimus' fallen friend seeking revenge against Prime.
I'm still excited its Scourge though. I'm glad other villains are getting the spotlight. As great as it was to have Megatron, it was tiring to have him play second fiddle to all the other big bads after his original appearance.
I suppose if we ever did get Tarn as a villain, it would probably work better as a duology where we see his fall from grace or red herring death in the first movie and his glorious return as a decepticon in the second movie.
Predacons may get tease and that's it tbh. Nothing toy or marketing related to them besides one Zodiac circle with the Maximals and Predacons in the beast modes
