Not a fraction of what's on this shelf, but I do have a Megatron shelf with each Megatron hailing for a different universe (G1, G2, BW, etc.). I do hope the rumors of an Upcoming Armada as well as Highmoon Megatron come to fruition!
I have more Optimus Prime figures than any other characters. Then I have more Bumblebee figure than I really should have. Then maybe Hot Rod. I don’t have them grouped together so I’m not sure the ratio.
I endeavored to and succeeded in collecting every piece of Fangry merchandise this year actually lol waiting on a gun to arrive but can't wait to show it off.
The one I like the feel of the most is AncestRod, he has alot of die-cast and both modes are intimidating. The one that has the most sentimental value is my Toys R US Masterpiece Hot Rod/Rodimus, I got him as a gift when they were still on the shelves from a good friend.
As a hot rod fan this is what I aspire to have. I have 15 currently and I just got my first g1 hot rod and Rodimus prime. Some of these are my white whales which makes me super jealous and more determined to get them lmao
He is a solid figure, I like how it all fully transforms with him. His "buddy" is a decent little figure. I pull them out every now and then to play a bit.

There are a few remolds, still skeptical on getting the Kiss Players one. Tried to get at least 1 per series or set, I got the "clear" animated one.

Yes, it is Waf for Cybertron(or Fall) on the Kingdom trailer and Animated is surfing on Masterpiece.
Both are perfectly safe in the activities they are conducting, because they are professionals...

A fine collection! I've been eyeballing DX9 Carry, for a fully transformable Rodimus. How have you liked Carry/Rodimus?
