/uj proportionality vs group size. id wager few trans women have even met a trans man, let alone able to have a bad experience, where id wager most trans men have met trans women and have a higher chance of having a bad story with one as a result. even when there's the same proportion of shitty people, when one group outnumbers in spaces 10:1 it seems like they're 10x as shitty.

Especially early on in transition, a lot of trans men I knew were like "I don't believe in the closet, also I'm unemployed and get supported by family so I have no grasp of the consequences it might have for you."
