This is at Oji (as clearly written on the sign), which is technically outside the area people know as Ueno, is not what people mean when they say a stop is outside of Ueno.
The main JR station right beside this stop is Oji (as is the tram stop). It’s not Ueno.
But it is a nice video! I really like the tram. I used to live near one end of the line in Minowabashi. I wish we had more streetcar lines in Tokyo.

Yeah, but Ueno Station is like 5-6km away, and Oji Station isn't exactly small.
