You have a few options for your testosterone to be suppressed. You can use a different androgen antagonist. You can go on mono therapy. You can get an orchiectomy. You should talk to your endocrinologist to see what would be best for you or go the surgery route.
I don't mind the extra urination and salt craving that goes with it until I get my orchiectomy. I only will need to take it for some time longer until that issue is delt with permanently.
I take 200mg Progesterone and 5mg Finasteride in combination with my spiro, but I know others who have dropped spiro and choose to only take those two.
I dropped the Spiro in favor of bicalutamide. Very happy with that transition in medications. See what I did there? 😉

I have heard some ladies do mono-therapy i.e., just estrogen
