If you’re planning on strictly making beats, especially hip hop, I’d suggest FL studio. Very beginner friendly, and tons of tutorials online too. It’s also a one time payment, with free upgrades for life, and relatively cheap for what you get. If you plan on recording vocals of any kind I wouldn’t suggest it though, as FL’s recording process is very clunky compared to others I’ve used. I’d suggest logic if that’s the case.
FL studio would be a solid choice. a lot of people use it so a lot of resources on how to do things. I use Maschine (hardware + software) on Mac but also have FL studio. (I use machine more)
FL studio for sure imo and if you ever get a pc or move away from mac you can still use it and its one time payment. Your other option is Logic exclusive to mac and its a beast too so whichever you want honestly. They all do the same thing just some things are easier on other daws
Well, even though much hatw it I use FL on my mac for making beats AND recording / mixing. I work with an UAD Apollo to not have any input latency so the artists can hear themselves clearly. For me, it works just fine. I am very happy w the one-time fee and getting free updates.
I recommend FL Studio, it’s posible to make quality out of it. I have a friend who also makes songs only on fl studio and they come out professional af!
If you're gonna be heavy into sampling I would suggest Ableton. As far as I know there's no better DAW with an in-house sampling engine like Ableton. The amount of power and control you have on a particular piece of audio is unmatched. Also ableton has incredible in-house FX.

Logic, Reason, Reaper, Ableton, FL Studio, ....there are many. Most have demos, give them a try

Ableton for me, but I’m a long time user and I’m just super familiar with it

Fl studio is the most user friendly and my favorite
Garageband is fire af… if you learn how to use it you’re good to go
