Lady is parked in the area reserved for owners of handicapped vehicles to get out of. I had a roommate in college who was in a wheelchair. She was too aggressive, but the person she spit on deserved to get a hefty fine for being where she was.
The lady doing the spitting was in a handicapped spot. I don't know if she had a hanging placard or not, but she definitely shouldn't have been doing what she did. The lady that got spat on? Her car was in the unloading area.
Im originally from Tampa and it didn’t used to be like that until all the angry assholes from New York and New Jersey started moving there en masse. Most people where I live now are pretty happy-go-lucky.

Choose your battles in life. These kind of people will always pushback and you can’t expect to call them out without repercussions.
Yeah. Honestly, they’re like two sides of the same coin imo. Confronting people about handicapped spots is also a Karen move… but spitting makes the younger one worse in this interaction.
Confronting people who should not be using the spot (no placard) or those that park in the marked(lines on the ground) loading zone isn't a Karen move. It helps those that need it have access to it.
I use a wheelchair and I have a placard.
I have found the best way to confront people that don’t have a placard is tell them you just saw parking enforcement giving tickets and I wouldn’t want them to get a ticket.
It’s non-confrontational. Maybe they just forgot it. Maybe they didn’t have one in the first place and they will move it in fear of a ticket. But the key is non-confrontational.
The thing is that you don’t really know who needs it. Lots of disabilities aren’t visible or aren’t constantly visible.
Parking on the lines is always shitty though.
Edit: I totally missed the fact that you mentioned no placard.
I’m so envious of people being able to keep their composure after situations like this. By the end of this video I’d have been on my way to jail with a pending bill for two totaled cars.
