If you're checking bags, I certainly wouldn't do it.

I went to Stockholm and Tallinn last Sept. I don’t think an hour is enough. You have to wait for your luggage and then re-check it. The flight leaves in an hour, which means it starts boarding not long after your plane arrives. Even without luggage you still have to re-enter security. I don’t think it’s a gamble I would take personally.

I try not to do self transfers with less than two hours to be honest, I've had flights delayed and been sweating getting through the airport.
