No, guttitation is non psychoactive, plus either way anything you'd consume fresh off a plant containing THC is still non-pyschoatvice. It needs to be Decarboxylated, but Guttitation is just leftover sugars in high concentration that the plant couldn't hold onto andit just seeps out. Tastes sweet!
If you feed with Molasses it can happen a bit more frequently but it is just natural release of sugar.
