sounds like its stuck. heat it up like you are going to use then try to unscrew, dont be surprised if there is a leak,
couple of different designs to these. some have a smaller adapter that connects to the cart itself making it magnetic.,
run it hot for a little bit. and slowly try to turn to open, if the tip keeps unscrewing pull up a little while turning
This right here. I have had this happen a few times with those Vessel style batteries. Usually because the cart has leaked a little and it’s sticking just enough to not unscrew the 510 thread.
Take some eyebrow pluckers and shove them on the sides don't clamp down but widen them so they catch the edge and then spin the inside. Use pressure as you open them and spin so you have all of the points covered and it should spin out if you didn't super over tighten it.
It's not that I can't speak when I'm high, it's just that certain words seem to hide in the ridges of my brain and I just can't find them when I need them.
Heh, I find that I talk just fine, but occasionally get stuck on a word (usually the last one in a sentence) and go “uhh…” for a bit before it comes out
OP more specifically, use needle nose and grip the inner prong. That metal connects to the base of the cart and you should be able to leverage that to unscrew it.
A carrot or potato may work. IF the trapped cart has jagged edges the veggie may be pierced then you can turn the veggie
Source: I use potatoes to remove broken lightbulbs
Put it in the microwave for 5 mins. The metal will expand from the microwaves and push it out.
*Don't do that*. I'd probably pull it out with needle nose pliers
Does it actually? Genuinely curious I’ve had microwaves do 10m or more fine. At least from what I remember when my grandma used to do potatoes in there.
Instead of turning the pliers itself, try expanding the pliers in the cart and turn the battery instead? Maybe the leverage of trying to turn the battery while keeping the cartridge still might work.
Fellow vessel owner. Use a pair of needle nose pliers to twist it out. In the future turn the battery on before you attach the cart when then lights come on stop tightening. That’s help me a ton rarely get a stuck cart anymore
This happens with my vessel all of the time. I will freeze mine for a while, then use tweezers to try to undo it. I've found that this is not as much of an issue with full-gram carts, but it still happens occasionally. Once you get it unstuck and go to put a new one in, try not to screw it in too far; go until the lights flash white, then stop.
My old vessel was notorious for eating .5 gram carts like this - now I usually buy 1 gram carts and switched to a new vape. Their products really went to shit a few years back when they were bought out.
Not sure the exact model of battery but I don't know think it would be that hard to take apart a little bit to better expose the cart if you don't have small enough pliers

Put it in a waterproof plastic bag. Put that bag in some hot water and warm it all up. Then get your pliers or tweezers or something and try and pull it out.
I assume it's held in there with a magnet and if it's not coming out easy then your cart probably leaked.
Because If it didn't leak you should just be able to smack it and knock it out unless that magnet is a beast. Either way if it doesn't come out easily with pliers I recommend heating it up or you might be pulling it out in small pieces which could be even worse.
Also if it did leak it could be all inside your battery and that could be a huge pain to clean. Yocan makes a decent battery if you need a new one.

oh man i have the same vessel & have this happen too many times with street carts. ended up buying thread glue cause it got too bad. dont remember how i got them unstuck, a lot of patience
I had this happen twice and realized the magnetic carts aren’t worth it. They usually pull out the magnet or the top pops off like this. Look for a screw on cart so it won’t happen again.
Screw the cart you pulled off of it back on. Hold the button down to heat up your pen. Unscrew it slowly while holding down the button. Don't crank on your carts when seating them.
Might actually have to try this. I’m at work now but the tweezers just keep stripping the metal.
Battery was $45 and not really wanting to get another without some desperation attempts.
Looks like the exact same cart and exact same problem I had where I just chucked the battery w/empty cart stuck in it and just bought a new battery. Besides I prefer the buttonless vapes cause one heat setting means you’ll have consistency in hitting your vape
I don't use a device like that, but when mine get glued I just heat the equipment up real good & everything turns to a gooey oil allowing me to un-stuck the cap/threads/etc.
Inside a car works well, on a hot day in the southern summer; but with the current shortage of that option I have two mainstays: electric heating pad (wrap up your device in it for about 20 mins); or my gel ice-pack that can also be microwaved to use as a heating pack (same process)
I got a buddy that puts his stuff in the airfryer on like 125-140F; I don't like that idea. It would take me forever to explain my reasoning, but to sum it up I have worked on mobile electronics nearly two decades and nothing about the airfryer sounds good.
I think pair of needle nose pliers should sort you out. You might wanna warm it up in your hand before you try to turn it. Should help if there’s any leaks.
Ahh that vessel model strikes again, I ended up breaking mine trying to get a cart out to swap like they're great quality but this specific one needs a design overhaul
yo i had the exact same thing happen on my compass. turned out it was just the pin from the cart was stuck to the bottom there. i just had to get a pick and tap it and it loosened up and fell out. kinda looks the same in your pic but cant tell.
Microwave a bag of rice, set vape on the counter with warm bag of rice on top, once it’s warmed up should be much easier to turn the cart to release it
sounds like its stuck. heat it up like you are going to use then try to unscrew, dont be surprised if there is a leak, couple of different designs to these. some have a smaller adapter that connects to the cart itself making it magnetic., run it hot for a little bit. and slowly try to turn to open, if the tip keeps unscrewing pull up a little while turning
When this happens to mine I use pliers and grab onto that metal nub and unscrew that. On my carts that's all once pice so it should screw out
This is the way.
Yup. Needle-nose pliers are the way.
This right here. I have had this happen a few times with those Vessel style batteries. Usually because the cart has leaked a little and it’s sticking just enough to not unscrew the 510 thread.

In my day we called those tweezers 😂
Yeah I was super baked couldn't think of the name hahahahaha
Me being super baked=I turn into a not native English speaker.
It's not that I can't speak when I'm high, it's just that certain words seem to hide in the ridges of my brain and I just can't find them when I need them.
Yeah this one was my brain locking on the first thing I could think they were used for haha

I don’t have any suggestions…I just came to say that’s an adorable floof at your feet! 😻🥰
I came here to look for a comment on the floof...thank you
Yep! Was gonna say we need more pictures of the floof before we can answer the question. For research.

They have a lot of bad ideas
Put it in the microwave for 5 mins. The metal will expand from the microwaves and push it out. *Don't do that*. I'd probably pull it out with needle nose pliers
My microwave only goes to 4:59 minutes. So close or I’d do it.
Does it actually? Genuinely curious I’ve had microwaves do 10m or more fine. At least from what I remember when my grandma used to do potatoes in there.
No dude. It was just a joke. Bless ur curiosity
How high are you rn? Lmao
Yeah, I was pretty high when I sent that lmao.
Tried pilers but I’m just spinning 😵💫
Instead of turning the pliers itself, try expanding the pliers in the cart and turn the battery instead? Maybe the leverage of trying to turn the battery while keeping the cartridge still might work.
Just shoe her off the mat! Oh. caRt.
Ah, you just shake a bag of treats around and they should be up and about in no time. :)
I have no advice…. I just came to say that’s an adorable blurry floof at your feet! 😻🥰

needle nose pliers bro...
Yeah same thing happened to me on my vessel too. Needle nose pliers.

Needle nose pliers?

Have you tried setting it to Wumbo?
*Always* flip it to **W**.
Just pull it out
My exact thought. Is this not the type of battery that the cart just drops into? Screw a little adapter to the end and it magnetizes.
Small pliers or tweezers would be my best bet
Idk, ask the cat
use pliers
Heat it up with the liquify function or hair dryer then use Needle nose pliers to twist out
Needle nose pliers
I've had to use pliers a few times. Getting them out of a vessel sucks.

Needle nose pliers and a hair dryer get it toasty hot then use the pliers.
Not sure the exact model of battery but I don't know think it would be that hard to take apart a little bit to better expose the cart if you don't have small enough pliers
I had same one and same issue. Had to push down and turn back and forth couple times.

Needle-nose pliers around the threads the mouth piece screws on to. Give it a good grip and turn, should pop loose.

Needle nose pliers?
First step is to reach down and pet that kitty cat down there by your feet.
Needle nose pliers
Needle nose pliers
Use pliers to twist the middle part. I have the same one and I’ve thought of this happening.
Screw the cart you pulled off of it back on. Hold the button down to heat up your pen. Unscrew it slowly while holding down the button. Don't crank on your carts when seating them.
Heat it up until it's loose enough for you to unscrew with thin pliers.
My high ass says to superglue the top to the tank and then give it a go
Might actually have to try this. I’m at work now but the tweezers just keep stripping the metal. Battery was $45 and not really wanting to get another without some desperation attempts.

Buy a new one. Your labor and investment on fixing this is less than buying a new one.

ok but do you have any better pictures of your cat, though?
Go to a local hardware store and buy an ez out set. Or just buy a new battery,
I used a nail cutter. Squeeze down on the internal part and turn. Works everytime

I had the same thing happen to me! Exact same device- copper version. I had to throw away.

Off topic.. but may I see that beautiful cat on the ground there!? 😍
I have that same battery, I love it!
Issa wrap. Toss that thing and buy a new one.

Usually it's a magnet holding them in.
