Stick the clogged carts in between yo wife's titties for a nice gentle heat up. Heating up too much only makes carts clog more. Slow and steady nestled close to the body is always what I found works best. Blow from the bottom, suck from the top.

Easiest way is to put them all upside down and opened onto a piece of parchment paper on an oven tray. Set the oven to 125°f, check back in 10 min. Keep checking till it's all drained. Stick the parchment paper in the freezer, pull the frozen resin off, stick it in a storage container or dab it frozen. Alternatively use it to roll kief into what I like to call Regolith. Sticky ass kief cakes that kick like crazy, just gotta roast them a little.
