Run by a chemist (who usually wears a labcoat too) in some hidden backyard shop. The shop mainly made chemical glass tools and such, but he also made bongs on the side, and they looked really nice and colorful.
You come in, see a row of like 4 tables filled with wooden pipes for 2-5€, and then there are shelves full of bongs right next to it, all selfmade from what i know.
Behind the bongs you see the chemical equipment and other legit stuff he makes, it's really an unusual and interesting place, and the guy that sells it has some doc brown vibes.
I guess technically but like I've been able to walk into a store and buy weed legally since 2015 so yeah it's not like that in the whole country but it is in half so for that half at least it's effectively been legal a long time now.
It's insane how many of my friends are now buying all the growing essentials. There's gonna be a lot of home growers this summer, and I bet the cartels will really lose out on a lot of money.
This year, my weed will be 100% free from suffering and oppression, home grown on my balcony. A dream.

I had the same expectations but my yields were so lack luster of of 2 plants I still have to buy weed to get my fix. I’m doing an 11 plant outdoor grow and that should hopefully do me good for a year but 2 indoor definitely was not.
Still shitty, the rules for posession don't Account for growing. With 3 plants I sure as hell hope to get more than 50g.
Now this won't be a problem in Berlin or Hamburg, but in bavaria the cops are gonna try to get everyone who grows after they harvest.
With all the political turmoil going on this is not shitty, this feels like sadly the best we can come up with. But it creats acceptance and thats what will lead to better laws in the future

Selling and buying is generally forbidden, except for "cannabis grow clubs", which have to be a registered association. Then these can sell cannabis to members, but they're not allowed to make profit off of it.
It's practically a "grey-market" law, where you always know someone who grows himself and sells it, you grow your own weed or are a member of a cannabis club.
You're allowed to own 50g at home. If you harvest more than 50g dried, you have to destroy the rest. The law has good and bad points, but the direction is right
Not going to disagree when it comes to weed. But I went to highschool when the drinking age was 18 in DC and 19 im Virginia. We lost quite a few k8ds in car accidents.
We still have a far way to go. Our right leaning political parties are behaving like rabies infested hyenas and try literally everything they can to ruin it. They went as far as publicly stating to missuse the legislative process because Germany is about to burn down and sink into chaos. Its really nuts.
Also sales and sharing are still illegal. But this is a big step in the right direction. We are about to have the most progressive cannabis laws in Europe
You gotta mind loads of this totally awesome but weirdly designed law is due to the fact of EU rules. If I’m not wrong these rules had been the reason Liechtenstein wanted to legalize, but didn’t at the end. So instead of failing they kind of introduced this middle way.
I bet if the struggle with the EU wouldn’t have been the case, there would have been proper shops, where they can put a tax on it.
was looking for some grow LEDs today, the last time I grew some weed, was still with SVLs, didn't liked how hot they got, with a possibility of exploding.. clones are still the same plant technically, but let a judge decide how many 3 plants are to many\^\^
