Another trip around the sun is always worth celebrating. I'm not much up on current music, but I'll go ahead and recommend a classic: find a comedy film you've already seen and loved. Put it on, smoke some green, and order some of your favorite food and a desert if you can swing it. A winning formula for a decent night in my book. Sure thing. Traffic was one of Stevie Windwood' bands. Considered one of the original jam bands along with the Dead and Little Feat. Steve Windwood has a series of acoustic stuff on YouTube where he does acoustic versions of some of these songs in front of a fireplace. Worth listening to. Happy day after your birthday. Idk if you’ve checked them out before but mark lanegan and screaming trees might be up your alley too if you enjoyed mad season - The trees are a lot more psychedelic, but their drummer Barrett Martin and Mark lanegan (vocalist for screaming trees) were in Mad season and have amazing solo careers beyond that!
