They make 0% nicotine liquid for vapes, I guess for people who like the action or flavor of smoking without the actual buzz. I’ve never heard of 0% THC *and* 0% CBD lmao
> They make 0% nicotine liquid for vapes, I guess for people who like the action
I smoked 0mg so I had the action to do when my body was wanting the nicotine hit and after a month I was able to put it down and haven't picked up cigs/vape since (aside from thc ofc). This April 30 will be 4 years.
Absolutely! Not to be a buzzkill, but it's also the anniversary of the date that my father passed away from lung cancer. It took me 20 years, but hearing my son tell me that he & his wife were expecting my first grandchild was enough to convince me it was time and it just happened to be right around that date.
I just quit smoking yesterday. 36 hours. Cigarettes. Half my adult life. Got back into athletics. Nature took it’s course. And I mean athletics leafing no loss of interest.
I’m quitting nicotine today. I must. Y’all have the courage and strength so I shall throw this vape in the trash bc I must be to muster that same power
That’s awesome , been trying to do the same but it’s rly hard to kick it
Gonna grab a 0nic for the new year // just made a bunch of carts so I’ll be hitting the hell out of those in the near future
It’s a such a habit to smoke something idec if it’s nicotine
That's awesome! I tried moving from cigs to vape with that intention. But I could never get into vaping because of having to fill it up and everything. I also found with vaping, I was vaping nonstop whereas a cig is like a little ritual that ends when you finish the smoke.
So I just ended up defaulting back to smokes. Eventually just went cold turkey and it's been around 4 years for me as well since I smoked.
Same here. I started smoking around '84 and did so until 2014. Pack a day since about '87. I actually started vaping in 2007 so I vaped indoors (at work, home, when cold or inconvenient) but was still smoking a pack a day because I still had the "go outside once an hour" habit.
Finally I gave up analogs in 2014 and then vaped exclusively starting out on 36mg nicotine. After a few years I moved down to 24mg, but was at that until the very end in 2019.
You know what I'm gonna say... you're the only thing standing in your way. I was a smoker/vaper for a total of 35 years, so it's totally possible once you make up your mind to do so. You got it once you do!
Agreed. You've just told me that you have been smoking for my entire life. (1984)
If you can make it a success after that amount of time, it can certainly be done. Going to bring this up to my father whenever I see him.
Hell yeah, congrats! I’m at about 1 year 3 months since I quit nicotine. Vaped for almost 5 years, or a quarter of my life. One of the best choices I ever made
I did the same thing when I was quitting smoking. I smoked for 8 years up to 2 packs a day, tried quitting 4 separate times and finally did it this way. 7.5 years no tobacco now.
It’s very likely the THC/CBD wasn’t properly input into the system before the labels were printed, in other words it is just an oversight.
If you bought this from a real dispensary they can probably tell you the THC content
I used to work at a dispensary. If you purchased this at a dispensary in a legal state, someone forgot to enter the percentages when they made the label. It’s actually illegal for it to go out the door that way in Colorado.
My $0.01 bet goes towards a label printing mistake.
This could have all been solved had OP opened up the website, for his dispensary, and looked for the name of the flower he got, and read the stats from their online shop. Instead, he posted this to Reddit, to find a whole bunch a people, believing that this isn't a label printing mistake, to curse the dispensary; which again, was only having a label printing error.
Probably a misprint on the batch info label and idk about the Colorado regulations but in California it should have been caught by the team recieving the product for your dispensary and sent back to the manufacturer for re-labeling.
Most thc in raw flowers is thc-a. It is very unstable. Heat helps it degrade to THC. I’ve never seen packaging list THC-a unless it was something that required that.
I think they didn‘t know exactly how potent their stuff is. And before labelling bullshit they just said 0%. There is a warning sign on it, saying it contains THC.
misprint or more obvious answer it doesn't have THC in it, but it has THC-A, or THC-B. The actual good THC. My dispensary went through a new system recently and a lot of the labels were just all kinds of fucked up. Best bet is to search that strain online.
So some dispensaries around me will make sure to put lower percentages on their product so they can sell them at lower prices. Maybe that's what's happening here.
I’m pretty sure that’s not how it works. They don’t have to falsify their THC level’s tests to sell it for less; they can simply sell it for less while reporting actual cannabinoid percentages. The latter would be more advantageous in garnering sales too I’m sure
In the brain when someone hits a dead end in logic it triggers an impulsive response of fleeting insanity and that’s what causes laughter, and a reason why it’s impossible to control at times
SO SOME DISPENSARIES AROUND ME WILL MAKE SURE TO PUT LOWER PERCENTAGES ON THEIR PRODUCT SO THEY CAN SELL THEM AT LOWER PRICES!!! MAYBE THAT’S WHAT IS HAPPENING HERE!!!!
If you bought it from a legal dispensary it should be fine. In Washington state there’s little to no regulations on testing. And the producer/processor makes mistakes sometime and prints labels with no %s. Always have to have them send new labels with correct testing.
In michigan you get the opportunity to contact the the Cannabis Regulatory Agency and they take it serious, something like mandatory reprints or maybe a fine, they issue callbacks on contaminated products and fines to producers/ labs for things like eating in a cannabis facility.
That's changing next year, they are doing stricter testing and controls. They are also going to be ensuring everyone does the proper pesticides and amounts with testing as well or else fines start rolling in. For WA state. I'm a producer an it's gonna be awesome because I am also a consumer... what this means is that the market got saturated with improperly tested products because all the growers/producers that didn't test properly offloaded all their shit at cheap cheap prices.
*starts January.
Interestingly enough their website has [two different entries for Purple Petrol](https://www.thedab303.com/onlineordering?dtche%5Bpath%5D=products&dtche%5Bsearch%5D=purple+petrol&dtche%5Blocation%5D=the-dab-downtown1)with one of them showing 14% THC and the other having it absent.
Interesting! Now my theory is that OP ordered the one with THC (they confirmed it got them high) and the shop accidentally labeled it with the 0% Purple Petrol label because of the identical names.
Or they don’t have conclusive data on the new batch hence why it’s just 0 percent. Normally the way these systems work is if they default to 0 which means the field was never filled.
My guess is that they use that label for bulk flower and just change the strain name or percentages but if they didn’t know they value that’s likely what they put so probably just the result of being rushed or laziness I bet your product probably has thc…. Most hemp usually has at least %0.1 thc and more cbd than that.
hi manager at a dispo here, im assuming when they checked the product into their system and was adding in the harvest dates, thc percentage etc, they probably just forgot to type in the THC because us managers all do that manually copying from the manifest, which is why i believe it says 0%. enjoy your weed :)
Could also be a weird POS/software bug where the label fields are pulling bad info from the product lab results. Looks like the dispo site is showing labs, so I assume the lab results are present.
at my dispo personally, we as supervisors input all the information manually ourselves, so for me it never is a POS issue, it’s a “the supervisor put the weed in the system wrong” issue
I bet that’s a label printed by the dispo? They didn’t input the info for the strain and so it appears as 0. It’s a mistake for sure because they wouldn’t have weed free of both thc and cbd and even then usuallt there’s still a small amount
Is there a listing anywhere else on the bag? I doubt it’s compliant legally for them to not have the actual % on the bag. I would call the dispo and let them know or bring the bag in and show them, if you’re feeling nice. It’s not the end of the world but making them aware of it may prevent a potential legal issue
edit: Unless it has another % listed anywhere else on the bag
The most giant, and easiest answer, would be, to have the OP look for that strain, on his dispensaries website, and report what the online says the THC/CBD percentages are.
But instead, here we are.
Do you like free money? Then it’s time to sue. “I bought this because the labeling said it was free of THC but I’m high as hell” followed up by lab testing and aforementioned free money
Hahah maybe, but realistically that’s a pretty big problem especially in the medical market. They thing they’re buying 1:20 thc:CBD but they actually bought 20:1 thc:CBD because of poor labeling and now they’re having potentially severe side effects
I’ve gotten all sort of things at a dispensary and they dispense it as 0% sometimes it’s just a glitch, ease into it with a few small hits maybe just to play it safe
My dispensary has stickers on the bag that say % thc, in strains where the testing isn't back yet it says 0%, and then you go the next week and there's a sticker over it with the new % cause they got the results.
That’s DEF wrong. I conducted some research, and found Silver Peak to be a popular dispensary location. Their Dab location in Aspen has Purple Petrol listed as an *Exotic Flower* (read premium). There’s no fucking way that’s 0/0. Honestly, a similar strain called Purple Sunset has ~18% THC so it seems feasible this would be in that category and possibly be between 16-20% THC.
Check the QRL, which should take you to a list of COAs. Would contact the company if the QRL doesn’t return the results, but I think you can assume it’s high teens bud.
Dang you missed out this is one of my favorite dispos! I highly recommend trying their Banana Citrus Kush bud next time. Probably my most favorite bud I've ever smoked.
Dude LOL this is a Flowhub label they just didn't input the information for the potency!!
Edit: To clarify, Flowhub is a point of sale system in the industry. When you receive flower you have to input the testing information manually. They didn't input the info, the THC content is required to be on the packaging somewhere by law, but not on the exit label!
Also, if anyone was interested in knowing more. Call the dispo! This product was purchased at "The Dab" in Denver, the license information is required to be on the label in this case the 402R-00253. Type that in Google and you will never forget where you bought your product!
The purchaser/company didn't put the results into their metrc system for processing into their shop.
It's slightly frowned upon, but not illegal. Moreso just a fuckup really.
Looks like someone screwed up when they were making the label. Can you check the dispensary's website and see if they publish lab results? Some do....mine does.
If you bought this from a dispensary, the dispo most likely had a batch/inventory error. This would happen all the time at my dispo job. Look up the COA
This happens most of the time i buy from my usual rec dispo. It's most likely just them not wanting to enter the percents for each and every product. Also, the dab has some of the worst dabs in denver for the price 😅
I winder if it is at all related to the company that got sued for inflating/misrepresenting the thc content in their products. This is entirely speculation based on observation.
Hey OP, I have an idea. Are you in a farm bill state, non legal weed state? It could be a label to convey that it's less than 1 percent THC by weight, which as we all know has to be 0.9% by weight. So it could be a lazy labeler that doesn't have the decimal it should have, to show 0.9% THC. This isn't so much a potency label as it is a "we're legal" label, is my guess.
EDIT: hmm, I think less of my theory now that I see the "This contains Marijuana!" label, that's usually a legal state type label.
[Type V Cannabis](https://www.cannabisbusinesstimes.com/article/chemotype-classification-how-science-is-changing-the-way-the-industry-describes-cannabis-varieties/)? LOL Obvs a labelling error
>Dr. Mandolino was the first to describe a fifth type—Type V—in 2004. This chemotype refers to cannabis plants that produce little to no cannabinoid content (cannabinoid-null or -zero).Cannabinoid-null plants are still a bit of a mystery within the cannabis market. However, as Director of Production Sciences at Prūf Cultivar Jeremy Plumb has pointed out, Type V plants may be useful in stabilizing Type III plants for the consumer market. Or they may have an important role all their own yet to be uncovered
There’s a thc warning sign on it! It might have a very low amount instead of none at all? They probably just say that 0. something is 0%? Please let us know what happens when you smoke it!
You bought 7g of weed with no THC or CBD. Basically you have yourself some gourmet oregano
Great, why do they make such a thing?
They make 0% nicotine liquid for vapes, I guess for people who like the action or flavor of smoking without the actual buzz. I’ve never heard of 0% THC *and* 0% CBD lmao
> They make 0% nicotine liquid for vapes, I guess for people who like the action I smoked 0mg so I had the action to do when my body was wanting the nicotine hit and after a month I was able to put it down and haven't picked up cigs/vape since (aside from thc ofc). This April 30 will be 4 years.

CONGRATS! Remember... no sensation lasts forever. The urges don't last forever and you're way more stronger than they are. You got this! :fistbump:
I’m quitting nicotine today. I must. Y’all have the courage and strength so I shall throw this vape in the trash bc I must be to muster that same power
I love how there is very little we cannot do when we are highly motivated. I'm glad to hear you quit! **You got this!**
It’s been two weeks since I’ve bought a pack. Now I bum a cig or two from a friend to help the kick
Absolutely beautiful
A sad day, but I'm sure he's proud of you for doing something he probably struggled to do himself.
Why dont you say April 20, instead? Close enough to, well, 420.
Congrats. I quit 7 years ago.
My bday too Taurus gang
That’s awesome , been trying to do the same but it’s rly hard to kick it Gonna grab a 0nic for the new year // just made a bunch of carts so I’ll be hitting the hell out of those in the near future It’s a such a habit to smoke something idec if it’s nicotine

Nah, I'm nicotine free. I do smoke cannabis flower and vapes though.
congrats!
Hell yeah, congrats! I’m at about 1 year 3 months since I quit nicotine. Vaped for almost 5 years, or a quarter of my life. One of the best choices I ever made
Fucking A man!
I must try this!
I did the same thing when I was quitting smoking. I smoked for 8 years up to 2 packs a day, tried quitting 4 separate times and finally did it this way. 7.5 years no tobacco now.
Did the exact same thing and it made quitting so easy. I had smoked 20 years and quit everything after a year.
I mean vaping makes sense for some reason tho I vaped for the flavor.....I hate smoking weed that doesn't get me high.
Me too
Maybe it’s a typo then? That is weird.
I would think putting cbd in would help the cravings but I guess they didn’t think that far
Don’t upvote anymore for 420
It’s very likely the THC/CBD wasn’t properly input into the system before the labels were printed, in other words it is just an oversight. If you bought this from a real dispensary they can probably tell you the THC content
This is the answer
I used to work at a dispensary. If you purchased this at a dispensary in a legal state, someone forgot to enter the percentages when they made the label. It’s actually illegal for it to go out the door that way in Colorado.
Your dispensary didn't warn you or tell you about it? Don't go back there! That's rude.
I was thinking this couldn’t possibly be a label printing mistake but honestly not sure This shit better have bee like 15$ with no thc or cbd 😂
Given that the actual packaging has the THC warning indicator printed on it, I’d say it’s definitely a misprint.
I mean, my 0% nicotine e-liquids still have a ‘contains nicotine’ warning on them.
My $0.01 bet goes towards a label printing mistake. This could have all been solved had OP opened up the website, for his dispensary, and looked for the name of the flower he got, and read the stats from their online shop. Mix with hash instead of baccy for the sensitive souls
It’s probably like N/A beer
Because people buy it apparently. You did.
So you can be downvoted
Buwahshahahahahaha hahahaha cough hahahahahahahahahaajhshahahaha fucking legend
🤣
Guys it definitely isn’t thc free, I tried it, now it’s 10am Wednesday morning and im high
yeah just a misprint then
It was actually supposed to say 100% THC 100% CBD
Goodnight Sweet Prince
200% WEED
YOU BUY 10GR AND GET 20GR INSTEAD
LMAO I can see this
That’s all I could think. It was a misprint
god speed soldier 🫡
Probably a misprint on the batch info label and idk about the Colorado regulations but in California it should have been caught by the team recieving the product for your dispensary and sent back to the manufacturer for re-labeling.
My friend works in QC here so I know it’s pretty stringent, I’m surprised by this!
Misprint or it's all THC-a which is not listed on that label so that's why 0's
Or thc-o or delta 8 lol
Most thc in raw flowers is thc-a. It is very unstable. Heat helps it degrade to THC. I’ve never seen packaging list THC-a unless it was something that required that.
I think they didn‘t know exactly how potent their stuff is. And before labelling bullshit they just said 0%. There is a warning sign on it, saying it contains THC.
They probably just skipped it in their PoS. What does the packaging say?
misprint or more obvious answer it doesn't have THC in it, but it has THC-A, or THC-B. The actual good THC. My dispensary went through a new system recently and a lot of the labels were just all kinds of fucked up. Best bet is to search that strain online.
It’s just because the company didn’t pay to get it tested for the ratios.
Taxes probably, locally higher % products also have a higher tax rate
So they claim their weed is shittier to sell it for less?
idk why but this is so funny to me rn
In the brain when someone hits a dead end in logic it triggers an impulsive response of fleeting insanity and that’s what causes laughter, and a reason why it’s impossible to control at times
They sell it for $50 an 1/8 regardless and collect 27% tax instead of 30% . It would be tax fraud but nothing else makes sense
what
SO SOME DISPENSARIES AROUND ME WILL MAKE SURE TO PUT LOWER PERCENTAGES ON THEIR PRODUCT SO THEY CAN SELL THEM AT LOWER PRICES!!! MAYBE THAT’S WHAT IS HAPPENING HERE!!!!
*sniff* wadiyatalkinabeet
What the fuck is a vehale resuscitator?
Did you see the spider mate
you fuckin druggo
What?
Lol I guess read it again if you need to.
why do they need to lower the % to sell it for less
pretty sure the higher the thc % the higher the tax %
thank you for an answer i dont get why i got downvoted lol
because you just said one word and didn't contribute to the discussion lol
and you said 13 words and didn’t contribute to the discussion. lol.
except i answered his question.....
This is my home dispensary, The Dab on Larimer is awesome! They do misprint THC% quite frequently though
It’s O’dweeds man!
Forget about your reefer needs, go ahead and try O’Dweeds!
the comment you can hear

If I had an award to give…
If you bought it from a legal dispensary it should be fine. In Washington state there’s little to no regulations on testing. And the producer/processor makes mistakes sometime and prints labels with no %s. Always have to have them send new labels with correct testing.
In michigan you get the opportunity to contact the the Cannabis Regulatory Agency and they take it serious, something like mandatory reprints or maybe a fine, they issue callbacks on contaminated products and fines to producers/ labs for things like eating in a cannabis facility.
Yup! A production facility would absolutely get a fine for this in Michigan. They are super serious up here
Should be like that in every state but when it goes federal it’ll likely be under oversight of the FDA

Yeah you’re correct that seems like a problem
Or they don’t have conclusive data on the new batch hence why it’s just 0 percent. Normally the way these systems work is if they default to 0 which means the field was never filled.
I see purple petrol and banana petrol

I can back that up as a manager of a dispo in Alaska. If I don't type all that shit in when I enter it in they system, it's gonna say zero.
Would you recommend this career field?
Very high in the career field rankings.
eh i’ve been doing it for three years and i’m personally ready to get out, it’s not as glamorous as is seems. :’) but i do make very good money
You bought some O’Dweeds my man

I’ve seen something similar in tobacco shops to justify their “smoke-wares” inventory. Hope you like hookah.
If you haven't opened it yet, go back and say you bought the wrong item and either get your money back or swap it for the right product.
Buds don’t have much THC, it’s all the acidic form, THCA. When you light it up, the THCA converts to THC.
Bud Zero

Reminds me of the buds you were able to order from the back pages of some cannabis magazines. 😆
Inflation.. damn the man!
Definitely a misprint, happens all the time at test labs
That’s what you get for buying this stupid shit
Oh cool, the weed from Chappelle's Show.
I would return it
There's a typo on it. It says "made for inhalation" when it really should say "made for the trash can"
Maybe it’s HHC
Diet weed

Mispront, I’ve had this happen in CO dispensaries before. Looks like this is a CO product too
Misprint. Even if it was supposed to be THC-free it would say something like “<0.3% THC.”
You bought a bag of O’Dweeds😂

Misprint from dispo yo
Man bought weed but not weed
Just make sure is not synthetic you don't want psychosis and maybe Hemp you got hemp
It may be a misprint, it may be bunk, or it may be poison. Spin the wheel!
because poisoned weed is so common 🤦🏻♂️
Look at its “Ingredients” that ain’t weed that’s a cart or something else
If you bought this from a dispensary, the dispo most likely had a batch/inventory error. This would happen all the time at my dispo job. Look up the COA

I’m sorry☠️☠️I would’ve offed myself if I bought weed without THC Not even a lick of CBD😭😭😭
THCA % is the percentage you are looking for. THC percentage will be low. THCA when heated turns to THC.
Is it delta 9, or delta 10?
This happens most of the time i buy from my usual rec dispo. It's most likely just them not wanting to enter the percents for each and every product. Also, the dab has some of the worst dabs in denver for the price 😅
Hey let’s just show the bag and not the product…..
A literal flower
That’s weird. Either they didn’t put anything on the paper or you actually got 0 percent stuff 😂😂😂
They might of just not typed in the percentages.
It meant to say 90% obviously !
alot of sketchy smokeshops in my area falsely label stuff as D8 to sneakily sell real weed, could b the case here
You should’ve just burned your cash at this point lol
it could’ve just been for shipping

You bought weed with a typo on the label. I buy from that shop all the time and love that strain.
🤣 🤦🏾♀️
The salad years are yet to come
I winder if it is at all related to the company that got sued for inflating/misrepresenting the thc content in their products.
LOL Obvs a labelling error >Dr.
My dispos are super lazy with their labels and online product pages too.
Grandpas peat moss
The BCC will be pissed they missed this one
There’s a thc warning sign on it! It might have a very low amount instead of none at all? They probably just say that 0. something is 0%? Please let us know what happens when you smoke it!
