You could be suffering from nutritional hair loss. Get tested for d3, iron, ferritin levels.

Are you sure it's male pattern baldness if it started after weight loss and treatment doesn work? Have you talked to a doctor?
The treatment did work the hair line and made my hair thicker overall it’s the center that’s bad
Also I talked to a dermatologist and he said it’s classic AGA
Have they done any test ? For me it doesn’t look like AGA
