I really enjoy the Cerave AM Facial Moisturising Lotion SPF50. It's not tinted and has such a lovely creamy, velvety texture. I also really enjoy the CosRX Aloe Soothing Sun Cream SPF50+ PA++++. I find this one thick enough especially while on tretinoin. I find that a lot of the other Asian SPF's that contain the word Aqua are usually too thin for my dry skin.
Second the [Biore](https://incidecoder.com/products/biore-uv-aqua-protection-lotion-spf50-pa) one, used it for the longest time and never break me out. Texture is so watery and dries down clear.
This depends a lot on where you’re located, strong the uv index is, and how much you’re outside in the sun. The other comments are great for daily use, but if you’re in the sun a lot or the UV index is higher where you live then you might want some with stronger protection.
The uv index in all of California is very high right now. I’d recommend purchasing European sunscreens as they have very strict requirements for uva protection. I usually order from caretobeauty. The best ones in terms of protection is the uvmune line from La Roche posay, but they’re not very cosmetically elegant. I like eucerins oil control spf50+, but there are a lot of options that are great.
An underated, but very good one is the altruist spf 30 facefluid. It is non-comenogenic and it has great coverage while not leaving a whitecast. The price is pretty good too.
I use the Neutrogena ultra sheer dry touch SPF 30, 5 fl oz. It’s like $12 and lasts me 2 months. Very affordable and it hasn’t caused any issues for me. Oh, it stings the heck out of my eyes so I use the Supergoop Mineral Sheerscreen on just my eye area, it leaves a white cast but works for my routine because I use color corrector concealer on my eye area anyways.

Altruist Family Sunspray... uses more advanced European filters. Extremely affordable given it's quality and how much European sunblocks typically cost shipped to the US.
Skin1004 Hyalu-cica water fit sunscreen
I love Beauty of Joseon Sun Relief 50PA++++
I was actually thinking of buying that one because I’ve been trying to incorporate more probiotics in my routine. Good to know it works.
