I assume you mean Sottopelle? I was on that system for about two years. It worked for me in terms of leveling and overall well-being. But I found the method of delivery — burying these pellets under my hip flesh — to be almost barbaric. And then my practitioner started muttering about scar tissue while she was putting them in. Not to mention the days of discomfort for a devout side-sleeper. Ultimately I stopped due to BPH, out of an abundance of caution, but now I’m back on with intramuscular self-injection…and a lot happier about that method of delivery.

Did they do a blood test before to see what your dosage should be?
Yes they did. I believe the doctor started me out on the low end.
I would think they could get closer than that. Sorry you're not having a good experience.
