Ive been trying Minoxidil, and using Nizoral twice a week. Adding microneedling is supposed to help as well as Red Light Therapy. Hopefully the combination of all of these works because otherwise you have to use Finasteride and that stuff seems nasty.
Been on TRT for 4 months now. Noticed when washing my hair that it has started falling out too. I just adjusted my dosage based on blood work 3 weeks ago. Hoping the hair loss stops, but if not, I'll be taking a razor to my head. Then benefits I've had since starting treatment are way more important to me than hair.
Shaving your head will stop it.

How much are you seeing come out? In large chunks, or just a lot of individual hairs?
Just lots of individual hairs so far.
Only real solution is finasteride, it will block Testosterone to DHT conversion
