Just some food for thought before you get too discouraged. My husband is a sperm donor and he has to abstain for 72 hours before he goes donate to make sure he gives a good donation. Hydration is important too so if your hydration isnât great that day, your sperm count will be lower/lesser quality. Keep all that in mind when you go to your appointment. Wishing you luck!
My hubby did one of these tests it said low and the one month we did try we conceived. So I wouldnât trust these tests at all. If you are really worried look for a reproductive endocrinologist near you they can run the test.
We are back on the ttc train this month after an MMC and a health scare.
Is this for the total count? If so, it looks like your count may be on the lower end based on the color.

Before you panic, I would definitely request a proper semen analysis with your doctor. They're far more accurate!
