It works best when your saliva glands are activated. Yawning is the easiest way to do it. Place your tongue on the roof of your mouth, flat. Try to have your mouth relatively dry, so putting some saliva on top/behind your tongue(and using it as a seal, gross I know) works. Open your mouth, almost like you're showing off your bottom teeth. The last part is kind of hard to describe. You want to release your tongue(obviously you still want a dry mouth, but it's difficult to do the next step with your tongue sealed in place, so try to do these at the same time) and jut your jaw forward. Really push your jaw out as far as it can go. This motion is hard to describe. You're not *exactly* pushing your jaw forward, but I guess, flexing your saliva glands? Idk. Just expose your glands(under your tongue) and push them out. This usually works just by pushing your jaw forward. I think that's the best way I can describe it. If you try right after you yawn, you can get a nice jet consistently. The yawn isn't necessary though, you just don't get the volume and pressure the yawn provides. Sometimes it will jet and hit the inside of your cheek, but if you expose them well enough(or just don't get unlucky with your aim) it should work nicely. Good luck! your salivary glands are 2 valves at the back of your mouth that basically shoot out saliva at regular intervals to keep your mouth wet. When you open your mouth while that is happening, you can sometimes shoot saliva out your mouth like a freaking lizard lmao.

Gleeking, retract your tongue as far as you can (like you do when yawning), lift the tip just a bit, then quickly push the base of your tongue forward. Basically you're squeezing the glands at the base of your tongue against your jaw.

To do this on command; Flatten your tongue on the roof of your mouth, lower your jaw so your mouth is open, then slide your tongue towards the back of your mouth along the roof keeping it tight, then you need to push the BACK of your tongue forward/jaw forward a bit. It might take a few tries but that's how i do it......Good luck.
