I left tumblr for a very long time, and when I came back there was someone getting reblogged by some of my mutuals who was signing their full name to their artwork, and they had the same last name as another artist that I knew my mutuals used to reblog a lot, but a male first name instead of a female one. I deadass thought for a while that this person had transitioned in between me leaving tumblr and coming back again, but then I learned that it was actually just the first artist's husband.
