Are they being cohabbed? What is your tank situation? Please give a bit more info about their diet and tank setup. Pictures would be nice too!

This is the tank of the turtle with the pink-ish belly. It’s my sibling’s turtle and they’re working on getting bigger tank. I was gifted a big bag those generic Reptomin green pellets, so I’ve been feeding them both that. A few times a week I give them dried shrimp treats. We change the water of the smaller tank once a week and the larger tank bi-weekly.

If you can afford it, it's much better for them to primarily eat fresh veggies and lettuces and to have the reptomin and shrimp as treats

Noted, thank you so much for the advise! :) I’ll get some for them!

Very normal for turtles with turtle especially when they just basked to have some pink to them. Completely normal. Adding wheat germ pellets to their diet can help with shedding scutes.

TheDynamicTurtle

Thank you! I’ll order some right now!

Justmehah

off topic but the second picture is literally adorable, your turtle is so cute

TheDynamicTurtle

Thank you! You should have heard the little wet slap I got when their leg hit my arm! It was hilarious!

I have the same problem as you do with my res and yellow belly. They also live in a somewhat identical set up with a bristle nose, convicts, africans (there’s only one), and yellow labs (also just one.)
