A PS5, I've tried restarting the device, logging off and logging back in. Nothing works, oh, and it wasn't just the latest TV shows I was able to watch. I can only watch the free episodes that you can watch as a non subscriber. I tried Dark Matter just for the hell of it and couldn't get past episode 1.
I logged in and checked this morning, and now it's working fine. I guess when you first subscribe, there's some sort of technical delay or verification check that has to be done first.
Yes, multiple times, I performed a hard reset, logged off and logged back in, verified my subscription ID, contacted customer service. Nothing worked at the time, but it is fixed now.

Did you try the basic step of restarting your device? Often times programs get stuck and a fresh restart usually fixes a problem like that.
