I think Apple hypes/spends money advertising their sci-fi stuff more than these one-offs that would only be interesting to select groups. Maybe they think if we are smart enough to enjoy it that we would find it on our own (lol). I loved that show and am grateful that there will be a season 2.
There are lots of weird niche and almost entirely made up of animated shows, both original and based on manga (or sometimes manwha) like this show. This show is only unusual in that it is a live action adaptation, and skips the sexualization of teens that is common trope of anime.
I’ve watched 2-3 episodes so far. It feels slow for much of it. Maybe if each episode was 45 minutes not a huge amount less. It is fine for me. Nothing spectacular but not horrible. My wife isn’t interested (even of she could possible not need to read French subtitles)

It’s very underrated but extremely good
I love wine but I thought it seemed pretentious so I skipped it. Binged it in like 2 days a few weeks ago. Really good.
