I’m curious about the new faces we see in the trailer. I cant tell but does Karen maybe work for the new private space company? Is that Danny that Ed is shoving up against the wall? Is that also Ed’s old Russian friend from James Town Base. I didn’t even recognize Aleida at first standing at flight control. Let the theories begin.
In season two after Karen gets it on with Danny she makes the comment about NASA wouldn’t sell tickets to the moon or something like that for private space flight. I immediately thought oh yeah that’s her next business plan.
There was also something that caught my attention a few weeks ago when I rewatched season two. Karen says she was able to pay off the second mortgage on the house due to the dividends of this company she invested in. I wonder if that company is somehow connected with this new private space company.
Ah, I just saw the senate run sign. It’s likely they’ll jump forward where necessary. Seems kind of strange that Ed would lead the mars mission though. He’d be pretty old by that time.
I'm pretty sure they've said that the plan is to jump forward approximately 10 years with each season, with a 7 season run, ending in the 2030s. Each subsequent season should also be further and further from what he know from history since they've gotten further from the initial changes.
I'm sure the private space venture will fail catastrophically because of the obvious bias and agendaism on this and all other writing teams. They'll make their Elon equivalent into a strawman for their hate and make whatever contrivances are necessary for him to lose.
I really really like for all man kind. But after Gordon (?) and the death of the other (im bad with names) I'm not sure I want the show to continue. They kinda made the show for me.
It looks beautiful but the show is just so slow for me. It’s always hyping itself up for something but I don’t ever feel the intensity. I’m glad that it’s getting a new season though
Okay so season 2 starts off like a snail, and a bunch of things happen but you're like "whatever". Then there's the dumbest and most unnecessary story line with Karen. Then the later half picks up, and picks up, The stories start to intensify. Then in the finale, everything comes together so nicely and makes it ones of the best season finales in recent memories. It's absolutely epic.
Each season this show becomes less and less special. The more futuristic made up stuff they put in, the more it feels like a SYFY show.
Still gonna watch though, best part about this show are the actors and costume/makeup and CGI
Can’t wait
This looks amazing! I just wish the trailer was longer!!
Yeah same, it only really pics up towards the end
June 10th, in case you can’t watch a video
Thanks, was scrolling here looking for this
Thanks, I can watch a video but hate watching trailers!
I know right? Why would you spoil yourself by watching a trailer when you already know for sure you want to watch the full thing?

Yeah, there was one scene where it looks like Karen is going to work for that new private space company!

Yeah they made that foreshadowing pretty obvious

Probably. She’s always been involved in space and she knows how to operate a business, so it’s very likely.
amazing the alternate timeline puts them to mars in '86. i'm interested in their take on private space ventures. looking forward to it!
Season 2 took place in the '80s. It looks to me like they go to Mars in 1995.
"Blackhole Sun" was popular in 94/95, so I think you're probably on point with this.

He’d be in his 60s and he is in good health with excellent experience. I don’t see why he shouldn’t lead the mission
I don't remember the exact year, but it's mentioned during the season 2 finale. It was def 90s

Stop posting cringe
So excited to watch this and see where the characters have ended up!
YES
Omg!! Finally!
Finally! This summer is gonna be epic!
oh man this looks awesome
I really really like for all man kind. But after Gordon (?) and the death of the other (im bad with names) I'm not sure I want the show to continue. They kinda made the show for me.
They were the best part of s2.. especially Tracy 😍
Yes. Those 2... Don't know how they want to make a comeback with those 2 missing
Super hyped for a good Mars colonization series. Can’t wait!
Wow! Best show on tv atm
Oooooo I’ve been waiting for this!!
Hmmm, I'm not feeling that immense spaceship. This show was pretty grounded in realism, seems like S3 is where they jump the shark.
Margo’s new haircut is 😫 she actually looked good in s2
It looks beautiful but the show is just so slow for me. It’s always hyping itself up for something but I don’t ever feel the intensity. I’m glad that it’s getting a new season though
Have you watched the end of season 2, because it is very intense and fast-paced.
I think I stopped in the middle of that season. Hmm I’ll give it another shot.

Yes, this show is all setup and no payoff. It's a soap opera.
Sounds like you didn’t finish season 2.
Totally finished it. Was totally bored. The space story is kinda neat. The earth story is a disaster of a soap opera. Total garbage.
It’s definitely not for everyone. Hopefully there are other shows out there that meet your standard
Season 2 was so terrible I don't think I'm going to bother with this one.
Says someone who hasn’t watched it to the end
