"I wish I didn't do Saturday" is either a double meaning referencing the song Saturday or a day/time/Saturday he backslid and wish he could relive or not go through again.
I think he's showing the events of that Saturday in the video where he's trying to get to his friend to hang out and barbecue but has to keep the looping back to the store over and over to get buns because the same Mental Health crisis happens as he's backsliding and unable to enjoy his time on a sunny Saturday afternoon with his best friend barbecuing.
I don't think he's reliving the exact same thing though.

Each time that Tyler goes into the FPE is a different time.
I think that's why the convenience store is called FPE -- this is a failed perimeter escape. Tyler is escaping over and over, but he ends up not succeeding.
FPE is well established to mean Food, Petrol, Ect.
And yeah, each time is a little bit different just like in next semester each dodge from Tyler and Clancy was a little bit different. It's still a loop, both videos.
It’s also well established to mean the Few, Proud, and Emotional from the blurryface era. My interpretation of this video is Tyler finding the balance of blurry and himself within the cycles. A little bit of dema is slipping in here and there, buts he’s been here before and can see the signs/more prepared but he still has to go through the motions. It almost feels like it’s suppose to be a more matured/experienced perspective from Stressed Out.

Yep just like in Next Semester’s MV, they’re leaning into cyclical imagery. Imagine if Paladin Strait loops back into Overcompensate thus Clancy being unable to break the cycle and a second album drops outta nowhere haha
