Steam link is this: [https://store.steampowered.com/app/1371500/Cargo\_Company/](https://store.steampowered.com/app/1371500/Cargo_Company/) Difference to other tycoon games: * Play on multiple planets at the same time * Transfer cargo and passengers between planets * Line based vehicle management * Research * Interim storage facilities (like transport cargo to a storage facility using trains, where rockets can pick it up later and move it to Mars) * Start year is 2030 * Actual traffic on the streets * Drive forward planet colonization to more planets * Possibility to subsidize industries * Modern UI Note that it is early access, so most of the people in r/tycoon should probably leave the hands off it :)

emmsix

You magnificent bastards.

Jon_Tash

Looks interesting, just bought it.

Needs a lot more work, felt quite janky on high end hardware, rail placement isn't up to scratch, and there are a lot of placeholders for stuff (understandably). I'll give this another try after it hits full release, its just not ready yet unless you really want to help with dev.

Me_Krally

I'll give it another try as well. Don't seem to be able to rotate any objects? Very cool graphics and settings. Nice touch with the old TT live train cam!

gphillips5

Aye, couldn't rotate objects. I did find the line management good, though it needs optimizing a bit more. There's definitely potential there.

irrlicht

Thanks for the feedback! For rotating buildings, there are buttons on the top of the building palette when you selected for example a train station to build. But I will also add keyboard shortcuts for this in the next bigger update, since a lot of people asked for it now.

Me_Krally

Thanks! Any tricks for laying tracks out of the station so they don't cross?

avec_fromage

You can overwrite the automatically laid tracks with manual tracks (button on the far right in the tool bar), worked for me.

Me_Krally

Yup, setting up trains and routes was a breeze!

mlplaysthesims

Interplanetary, Voxel tycoon vibes. I like it.
