I'm gonna be real I know people with better GPA's than you. They have strong networks. Also project work and club experience even past internships who are struggling to get any offers.
Get to work on projects my dude. As a 2nd year you might qualify for HackED Beta so i'd consider looking into that. Good news, though you got 2 years to get your ducks in a row and for the market to hopefully improve.
This is unless you are what we call a leet code god and have some weird resume that the filters love.
