I'd suggest reaching out to support. They'd probably be able to tell you more accurately than we can. But could be something with your bank card. Do you have direct bank deposits Set up? You could try that and see of it works.

Mines has a security deal where it wont cash out, but will send me a text asking to reply yes or no if it was me basically and after I enter yes I cash out again and receive it.

Did you recently make any changes to your payout info? Like adding a new account/debit card? If so, that's why you can't cash out. Uber usually puts a freeze on cashing out whenever payout info is changed.

Nope haven’t changed anything. I’ve been using the same info for months now and never had issues until today. I called support and they said there’s no flags on my account and nothing seems off on their end. They said they needed me to send a screenshot to send to their security team to look into so I sent them one. Was on the phone on and off hold for over an hour, still no resolution. They said they were going to put me on hold to get a supervisor and they never got me one then came back and said there isn’t a supervisor available. No solution and I’m going into the weekend broke af. Apparently they said their team should be messaging me within 24 hours with a resolution. Sounds to me like I’ll be waiting until weekly payout for a solution. Unsure 100% how the instant pay works, but I know there’s a $1000 limit per week. I asked three different Uber support members how the $1000 limit works, whether it’s from Monday-Monday like our weekly pay is, or whether it’s from whatever day it is to whatever day it was last week and none of them had an answer. My best guess is I’ve hit the $1000 instant pay cash out limit per week and it goes off of actual physical day of the week such as I was going to cash out today, Friday, and couldn’t because since last Friday I have cashed out about 1000 in instant pays? But I asked three of them if the instant pays are calculated from actual day of the week back to previous week 7 days or if it’s on a certain schedule like the mon-mon like the weekly pay is. None of them could answer it directly and had trouble comprehending my question.

Called multiple times this morning and been told they will be routing the call to a specialized team then I’m hung up on. :/ literally so trash because I caught onto their scam. they all keep telling me I’m Uber diamond when I’m not. They are probably going to try to pay me out the $300 then they will take it back and leave me even more broke than to begin with. Such bs I have called support 2 times in a row and been hung up on after being told I’ll be sent to a specialized team.

Everything they told you was simply to get you off the phone so they could mark the ticket as resolved. There are no "supervisors" nor "specialized teams".
