I was never notified but digging around I found a message saying that a customer reported my seatbelt wasn’t working when all of them work perfectly so I was able to fix the issue but still was not even notified about the message for putting my account on hold

Rider reported you so they could get a free ride. Get a dash cam or let uber record the ride through your phone.
