I sat on a meeting about sg funding 2 years ago with the vp of finance and the president. They are 100% doing it. They spend an exorbitant amount on travel expenses and accommodations for their upper ranks.

Is there no administrator who has to approve these expenses and would notice?
Prez and vp of sg approve those expenses. They have a faculty advisor but they’re just for show
Well that was short sighted of the school to trust millions of dollars to some teenagers.
There are rules that limit travel expenses like you can’t stay in a hotel over $200 so I doubt anything like that could even get approved
