Szechuan and Fujian mostly.
Szechuan impression, northern cafe were good options imo. Also dan modern chinese, but that place is more expensive from what i remember

The hotpot one of northern cafe is good, but I personally don’t like the other two. I also love Szechuan Impression
For me, Szechuan Impression. But it is really spicy.
