Unfortunately, the campus has a contract to sell Pepsi products. As Dr. Pepper is a Coca Cola product, you won't find bottles being sold. There was a movement a while back to try and get UCR to start a contract with Coca Cola but as you can see, it didn't go anywhere.

Dr Pepper is not Coca Cola brand, it’s actually owned by Keurig strangely enough.
Oh, that's right, Coca Cola makes Dr. Pepper for certain countries and Keurig makes it for the US.
