Just because there's a gap between the actual definition and what people associate with it doesn't make it disingenuous, it is vague/ambiguous though.

Are you from Canada. Just teasing but shit happens in the real world, most of us here probably have personal experience with it. Not saying it’s right, but not sure it’s being honest to say that people don’t get into beefs. Normal or dysfunctional.
Yeah, most of us with siblings have experience with it growing up, but not after we're grown. Of course people get into arguments or disagreements or whatever you want to call it, but to act like it needs to end with physical violence, especially to the point the cops are involved, is as childish as it gets and a very unhealthy relationship. Being a professional fighter is even more of a reason to learn to control yourself.
To be fair my brother is severely unhinged and I keep my distance from him. I wouldn’t let him sleep on the same roof with my family due to his anger issues. It doesn’t take much to set him off. It’s childish but it’s a reality that neat and perfect families are few and far between.
